spk_0 So today, I want to give you the final credits.
spk_0 This is that where are they now,
spk_0 portion of the episode, after all the credits have rolled
spk_0 and you're just like, what's been going on?
spk_0 Creating a life that is authentic, bold, and purposeful
spk_0 takes audacity and truth telling.
spk_0 It takes disruption.
spk_0 That is what it means to be a professional troublemaker.
spk_0 Professional troublemaker is a best-selling book,
spk_0 this podcast, and, frankly, a live habit.
spk_0 And I'm your host, Lovey Ajaey Jones.
spk_0 I'm here to bring you perspectives, deep dives,
spk_0 and conversations about culture, business, life,
spk_0 and leadership.
spk_0 And welcome to season five, which I'm really excited about.
spk_0 This season is dedicated to the glory and great
spk_0 of entrepreneurship.
spk_0 2023 was my toughest year as a business owner.
spk_0 And there was a point where I was three months away
spk_0 from being bankrupt.
spk_0 So let's talk about it.
spk_0 Let's get really real about running your own business,
spk_0 the good, the bad, and the ugly.
spk_0 Because while people love to glorify entrepreneurship,
spk_0 they often leave out the tough lessons, the failures,
spk_0 and the pivots that have to happen.
spk_0 My hope after this series of episodes
spk_0 is that you feel more informed about what it truly takes
spk_0 to run a purpose-driven business.
spk_0 You feel less alone about all the times you messed up.
spk_0 If you walk away knowing what to avoid,
spk_0 so you don't make some of the same mistakes I've made.
spk_0 Let's get into it.
spk_0 I fired myself like for real, for real.
spk_0 But more on that in a minute.
spk_0 So let's rewind, y'all.
spk_0 When we last left off 2023 had hands.
spk_0 I was telling y'all about that.
spk_0 You know, I told y'all how life came swinging
spk_0 and how I was able to rebuild my company
spk_0 from near bankruptcy in 2023 to back up to seven figures
spk_0 in 2024 and how I was making a lot of audits.
spk_0 I was making a lot of shifts.
spk_0 And I was reflecting on the lessons
spk_0 that I was supposed to hold on to,
spk_0 knowing that whatever my next season is,
spk_0 is gonna require that of me.
spk_0 And let me tell you, got it?
spk_0 Me, we partnered up, okay.
spk_0 We partnered up for this rebuild.
spk_0 And it's been nothing short of epic.
spk_0 So today, I wanna give you the final credits.
spk_0 This is that where are they now,
spk_0 portion of the episode, after all the credits have rolled
spk_0 and you're just like, what's been going on?
spk_0 I have a lot of updates for y'all.
spk_0 And I'll talk about this podcast and give you more closure.
spk_0 So I told you more about the comeback, right?
spk_0 So remember how I had fired everybody on my team
spk_0 in 2023 minus one person remaining?
spk_0 Well, 2024, mid-2024, I started the rebuild
spk_0 for real like of my team.
spk_0 So mid-2024, I really started the team rebuild.
spk_0 I had already kicked off the company rebuild
spk_0 at the end of 2023, but 2024 was the team rebuild.
spk_0 So I hired the team at River Financial
spk_0 to be my CFO team, manage the company's money.
spk_0 You know, we would meet weekly.
spk_0 That started mid-year.
spk_0 They had to clean up some of the stuff
spk_0 my old team had done.
spk_0 They still had to clean up all team shenanigans.
spk_0 Suzy Barbore became my chief strategy officer.
spk_0 When she came on, it was with the expertise that she's had
spk_0 in helping manage businesses like mine of thought leaders
spk_0 of people who have built businesses based on their ideas
spk_0 and their persona.
spk_0 So Suzy comes on board as my chief strategy officer
spk_0 and she actually starts looking at the whole company,
spk_0 including the book Academy,
spk_0 which has been a critical part of the company's rebuild
spk_0 and is a critical part of the company's future.
spk_0 Now, Suzy didn't just show up with spreadsheet.
spk_0 She showed up with strategy and confidence
spk_0 and said, I can help you rebuild this business
spk_0 in the way it should be rebuilt.
spk_0 And let's start with the book Academy.
spk_0 So at the end of last year,
spk_0 we decided to test out a launch for the book Academy
spk_0 around December.
spk_0 And it was during the holidays, noisy people do not care.
spk_0 And we decided to test it out.
spk_0 Me and Suzy took a trip to a mastermind.
spk_0 We planned out the launch and we decided
spk_0 that we actually weren't gonna play by anybody's rules,
spk_0 not the industries, not the calendars.
spk_0 And we launched the book Academy right in the middle
spk_0 of the holidays.
spk_0 We did two launches.
spk_0 The first launch was right during the holidays.
spk_0 Like I'm talking like a week before Christmas.
spk_0 And then we did the second half of the launch
spk_0 during the inauguration of Cheeto Satan.
spk_0 Because apparently we just love chaos, okay?
spk_0 And Suzy brought together a team
spk_0 that I called the launch Avengers.
spk_0 And I watched this launch closely and she said,
spk_0 I got it.
spk_0 You only got to worry about it.
spk_0 And man, by the end of January,
spk_0 when we finished the TBA launch,
spk_0 it was the biggest launch that we've ever had.
spk_0 It tripled anything that we've ever done.
spk_0 Hundreds of new TBA students got in the game
spk_0 and started working on their books.
spk_0 Because our stories they deserve to be told by us.
spk_0 History is written in ink
spk_0 and we're out here making sure we've got the pens.
spk_0 So we also gave away $75,000 scholarships
spk_0 and supportive victims of the LA wildfires
spk_0 as part of our launch.
spk_0 Purpose and profit has always been the goal.
spk_0 And since then we've leveled up.
spk_0 I brought in a whole new leadership team
spk_0 at the Book Academy, including some of the best book coaches
spk_0 in the game, shout out to Mandy and Macy.
spk_0 We launched our own Book Academy app
spk_0 in the App Store for our students.
spk_0 And Book Academy now is almost its own separate business
spk_0 in that it doesn't require me to be looking
spk_0 at the day to day of it all.
spk_0 We're doing weekly co-working sessions
spk_0 for our students.
spk_0 We're doing still monthly master classes.
spk_0 All of this has been happening since January.
spk_0 And because of how big of a launch we had,
spk_0 it actually gave us space to pause
spk_0 and do an even deeper audit
spk_0 on where the future of the company needs to go.
spk_0 I'll tell you more about that.
spk_0 But another few updates that blew my mind
spk_0 and continued to affirm to me,
spk_0 to listen to be obedient
spk_0 and to simply just receive instead of chase.
spk_0 So we actually didn't submit season five
spk_0 of Professional Trump Maker podcast for awards.
spk_0 We missed some of the deadlines.
spk_0 I was like head down with the Book Academy launch
spk_0 and just trying to get through the holidays.
spk_0 So I missed a lot of those deadlines.
spk_0 There was one that we submitted for.
spk_0 And that is the Webby Awards.
spk_0 The Webby Awards is one of the biggest,
spk_0 most prestigious awards for digital, media, and digital art.
spk_0 So we submitted it season five of this podcast
spk_0 and one of our episodes,
spk_0 we submitted it for the Webby Award.
spk_0 Not basically almost forgotten about it.
spk_0 I put it out of my mind.
spk_0 And then I get an email that's like,
spk_0 hey, congrats your finalist in the Webby Awards
spk_0 over 13,000 podcasts were nominated
spk_0 and your finalist in two categories.
spk_0 In the business category under limited series
spk_0 and under individual episode.
spk_0 So the podcast ended up becoming a finalist
spk_0 and I was blown away because that is such an incredible
spk_0 affirmation.
spk_0 Like how many other business podcasts exist?
spk_0 There's so many.
spk_0 So again, head down, do my thing,
spk_0 planning the future of this company,
spk_0 getting tired because I realized all these years
spk_0 of carrying the company have kind of worn me down a little bit,
spk_0 even in the recovery of burnout, right?
spk_0 And the thing about the Webby Awards is
spk_0 the Webby Awards asks of you to get people to vote for you.
spk_0 So you're supposed to like really campaign to win.
spk_0 I didn't have capacity.
spk_0 So I posted on social media once that the podcast is a finalist
spk_0 and I sent out an email to my mailing list
spk_0 and I kept them moving.
spk_0 Not because I didn't want to win, not because I didn't care
spk_0 but because I just didn't have the capacity
spk_0 to do a full campaign.
spk_0 Because I was also launching my latest book,
spk_0 Little Trouble Maker Defender Name,
spk_0 which came out May 6.
spk_0 And between that, running my business,
spk_0 trying to stay grounded,
spk_0 I just couldn't go hard for the Webby Award.
spk_0 Then a few days before the results were announced,
spk_0 someone DMed me and said,
spk_0 hey, I just voted for you in the Webby Awards
spk_0 but you must not care about it much.
spk_0 You haven't really been posting.
spk_0 And I had to tell them the truth.
spk_0 I've been busy.
spk_0 I haven't had the bandwidth.
spk_0 I've been launching a book,
spk_0 Handler Life, working on something major for the business
spk_0 and they replied, well, I voted for you anyway.
spk_0 And I thank them deeply because yes,
spk_0 I didn't want to win but I just didn't have it in me
spk_0 to run full speed towards it.
spk_0 So then I woke up towards end of April
spk_0 and I found out I had won the Webby Award
spk_0 in the category of best limited edition series
spk_0 in the business category, which is huge.
spk_0 And I didn't just win one of those awards.
spk_0 I won two because I won the popular award,
spk_0 which means publicly I got the most votes in that category.
spk_0 And then I also won the judges award,
spk_0 which means the internal panel itself
spk_0 also voted for the podcast.
spk_0 It's blue my mind.
spk_0 And I sat with what that win really meant.
spk_0 And it hit me that this was a divine lesson
spk_0 in expansion and ease.
spk_0 Most times when I want something, I go after it hard.
spk_0 I'm after strategy, I do the work, I push the plan.
spk_0 But this time I didn't chase, I didn't strive,
spk_0 I let it be and I won.
spk_0 I still won.
spk_0 And it just reminded me of the season in general
spk_0 and why I made a decision that I'll tell you more
spk_0 about very shortly.
spk_0 But sitting more in the lesson of the Webby,
spk_0 it was a reminder for me that you don't always have to grind
spk_0 for what is already yours.
spk_0 It reminded me that you don't always have to exhaust yourself
spk_0 to be rewarded.
spk_0 And they don't always have to force a door open,
spk_0 some doors swing wide when you simply stand in your assignments.
spk_0 Like our book Academy launch, which is the launch
spk_0 that actually was least stressful ever,
spk_0 because when I handed it to Susie
spk_0 and she was like, I got it, we're going to kill it.
spk_0 I also surrendered and had faith that whatever would come
spk_0 would come.
spk_0 And all that switched at one point,
spk_0 I remember talking to Susie one of those days
spk_0 when we were about to do, I think our webinar,
spk_0 I said, we just simply have to believe
spk_0 that what is bigger than what we can come up with is possible.
spk_0 We have to believe that the plans for us are bigger
spk_0 than what we can even see.
spk_0 So we just need to be open to receiving
spk_0 whatever those plans are.
spk_0 So just like the success of the book Academy launch,
spk_0 I have been really trying to train myself
spk_0 to stay open to possibilities, to stay open to expansion,
spk_0 and to know that it doesn't always have to come with the grind.
spk_0 Sometimes it is in the stillness,
spk_0 sometimes it's in the obedience,
spk_0 often it's in the stillness and in the obedience.
spk_0 So taking all of that into account,
spk_0 I also was launching this book,
spk_0 Little Trump Maker, Defends Her Name,
spk_0 and the book is dedicated to everyone
spk_0 whose names were never on the key chains growing up.
spk_0 It's dedicated to those of us
spk_0 who never saw our names on the mugs,
spk_0 those of us who spent a lifetime correcting people
spk_0 and pronouncing our names over and over again
spk_0 so they know they can get it right.
spk_0 So that launch was also happening as I winged the webby.
spk_0 What's interesting about that launch is
spk_0 Little Trump Maker, Defends Her Name.
spk_0 That book is the first book that I have written
spk_0 and published that did not hit the times list.
spk_0 And I remember feeling disappointed at first,
spk_0 but then I had to sit with the lesson of,
spk_0 hey, hey, hey, hey, maybe it's God telling me
spk_0 how you won in the past.
spk_0 It's not how I need you to win now
spk_0 because your wins now will be deeper,
spk_0 not based in the validation of white gays.
spk_0 So that's why I'm actually really excited
spk_0 to tell you about my biggest update.
spk_0 The thing that I have done in this last year and a half
spk_0 of rebuild that makes me prouder than anything else I've done.
spk_0 It is a big deal for me as a type A control freak
spk_0 who always wants to feel like she has her hands on the wheel
spk_0 who has been hurt in the moments when she has not
spk_0 who has been surrounded for far too long
spk_0 with people who made promises,
spk_0 who overpromised and under delivered.
spk_0 For me, I decided to move in faith
spk_0 and see the trust that has been earned.
spk_0 So Susie, my chief strategy officer,
spk_0 is officially has been promoted to CEO of all of media.
spk_0 As of June 1st, she's officially running the show
spk_0 and I am stepping down as CEO of this company.
spk_0 I have fired myself in a real way.
spk_0 I am not the boss anymore in that way
spk_0 and I could not be more excited.
spk_0 Could not be more excited.
spk_0 I'm so geeked, y'all.
spk_0 Oh yeah.
spk_0 Okay, so what does this mean for me?
spk_0 What it means for me is my new title is no longer CEO
spk_0 of all of media.
spk_0 I am founder and chief visionary officer of all of media.
spk_0 My role as founder and CVO is to set the mission
spk_0 in the vision of this company.
spk_0 It's to dream big.
spk_0 It's to do the things that only I can do.
spk_0 The writing, the speaking, the press,
spk_0 the impactful messages that come from my brain.
spk_0 I can sit in my creativity
spk_0 because now I will no longer be managing operations.
spk_0 I am no longer in charge of revenue.
spk_0 I am no longer in charge of the foundational well-being
spk_0 of the company.
spk_0 My job is to sit in my zones of genius,
spk_0 of creativity, of writing, of giving people the tools,
spk_0 the courage and the words to take transformative action.
spk_0 My role is to double down on the gifts
spk_0 that I was given by God to move in purpose
spk_0 and let that be my assignment.
spk_0 Suzy as our CEO, her job is to manage the company.
spk_0 Our operations, our revenue, she's hiring new team members
spk_0 and with my guidance, and I'm sitting right next to her,
spk_0 we are partners in this.
spk_0 But that's my boss now and I'm so excited
spk_0 because I need supervision, y'all.
spk_0 I'm so tired of making all these decisions
spk_0 and I'm excited because where my superpowers and hers begin.
spk_0 And the thing about Suzy is she's also a Swiss Army knife
spk_0 where she's very pragmatic, but she can tap in and write also
spk_0 if I need her to.
spk_0 Suzy has proven that she can help build and scale
spk_0 powerful brands with intention.
spk_0 And after everything I've been through with my teams,
spk_0 after this last couple of years, sustainability is the assignment.
spk_0 And over the last year, she's been owning my trust
spk_0 and my community's trust and my partners trust.
spk_0 I often talk about the prayer, let my helpers find me.
spk_0 It is a prayer that I say, especially if I'm walking into a new season
spk_0 or if I'm walking into a new room and I just want to make sure
spk_0 that whatever is mine finds me, I said that prayer heavy last year
spk_0 and I feel like Suzy's an answer to that prayer.
spk_0 Since she has started with the company as she strategy officer
spk_0 last year, she's increasingly shown me that I can
spk_0 entrust this thing that I built from zero dollars.
spk_0 Up past seven figures, I can trust it in her hands,
spk_0 whether I'm looking or not, I can trust her with it,
spk_0 her experience and how she's even showed up for me in this season,
spk_0 how I can literally tell Suzy, hey, we need this thing
spk_0 and she goes, say less, I got it, I take it from here.
spk_0 And I gotta tell you, I did not think I would be in the position
spk_0 to have a CEO for this company for maybe two, three, five years.
spk_0 I didn't think it was possible
spk_0 because it just felt unreachable.
spk_0 It felt like a goal that, oh my gosh, for me to have a CEO,
spk_0 how am I going to do that when the company just almost went bankrupt
spk_0 two years ago and let me tell you something right now,
spk_0 when I decided to make Suzy, the CEO of the company,
spk_0 it was almost exactly two years to the week
spk_0 where my CFOs back then told me that the company
spk_0 was three months away from being bankrupt.
spk_0 You wanna talk about divine timing?
spk_0 I brought on a new CEO almost exactly two years
spk_0 till the week, maybe even the day where I had been told
spk_0 that my company would go under if we did not bring in one more dollar
spk_0 in three months.
spk_0 Divine order is what I'm sitting with.
spk_0 I was so humbled by it because what a beautiful, full circle,
spk_0 what a difference two years can make story.
spk_0 Because I'm telling y'all in 2023,
spk_0 I was on the verge of launching my first ever children's book
spk_0 and I was freaking out because I didn't know what was about
spk_0 to happen with my company.
spk_0 I didn't know whether I'd be able to make payroll in three months.
spk_0 And then two years later, I'm launching my second children's book
spk_0 and I just hired a new CEO.
spk_0 And I'd seen a dollar amount in our company's make account
spk_0 that I had never seen before.
spk_0 I asked our CFO to send me a screenshot.
spk_0 Man, all of it has blown my mind, y'all.
spk_0 All of it has been just mind boggling and so heartening
spk_0 and I am reveling in the gratitude.
spk_0 Because what this means for me, number one,
spk_0 the first thing I am doing now that we have a proper CEO
spk_0 in place that is not me.
spk_0 For the first time in the history of all of media,
spk_0 I am not the CEO of the company.
spk_0 First thing I'm doing is I am resting.
spk_0 I am finally going to get a chance to take a break.
spk_0 So for the first time ever, this summer,
spk_0 I am taking a two month sabbatical, a two month sabbatical,
spk_0 no business calls, no launches from me.
spk_0 I'm not writing no emails, just rest and writing and friloking.
spk_0 Well, if I write, it's because I'm working on my next book,
spk_0 but like writing when I have nothing else happening around me,
spk_0 that's taking my attention is not work to me.
spk_0 It feels like joy fulfillment, right?
spk_0 Now I'm writing my next book, legit,
spk_0 like which is going to become not fall 2026.
spk_0 Yes, like resting looks like only insisting on doing the things
spk_0 that bring me joy.
spk_0 I will not be sitting on zooms all day.
spk_0 I'm not meeting with my team while I'm gone
spk_0 unless something is on fire for real.
spk_0 Like me and Suzie are actually sabbatical planning right now.
spk_0 The book academy is not slowing down while I'm gone.
spk_0 Our students are still going to be served.
spk_0 Mandy and Maxie are going to be holding it down over there.
spk_0 They already have a full plan.
spk_0 And this summer Suzie is set it up with where the team is going to be focusing on helping people
spk_0 get their book proposals done using my proprietary method.
spk_0 The same one that gets people six figure book deals.
spk_0 The same one that has made me millions of dollars.
spk_0 Most folks think you write the whole book first,
spk_0 but not fiction.
spk_0 It starts with the book proposal.
spk_0 That's the foundation.
spk_0 So this summer, the team is going to hold people down
spk_0 and do that program without me.
spk_0 So yeah, it's been an amazing six months
spk_0 since y'all last heard from me.
spk_0 With Suzie at the helm of the company,
spk_0 it's empowering for me to finally give take a deep breath.
spk_0 Like not that you know how sometimes you go on breaking your worry
spk_0 and about stuff or the bills paid,
spk_0 I won't have to worry about that.
spk_0 So what does it all of this mean ultimately?
spk_0 It means I am literally stepping into the next season of my life
spk_0 by stepping back.
spk_0 Instead of the charging forward that I usually do,
spk_0 I'm stepping back to take a breath and create room and space for me
spk_0 to prioritize self above all for the first time ever in my life.
spk_0 To not be in survival mode is such an underrated gift.
spk_0 And I'm clear about how underrated it is.
spk_0 This season's arc has blown my mind because when I started the season,
spk_0 in mid 2024, we had a whole plan.
spk_0 We ate episodes would be this, but we actually did be edited from the plan by episode three.
spk_0 Because I said, you know what?
spk_0 Let's have this just unfold as it needs to.
spk_0 And what a beautiful graceful, divinely ordered arc to be able to come back to tell y'all.
spk_0 Like I literally was on the verge of bankruptcy.
spk_0 And then now I get to say, hey, I have a CEO.
spk_0 I have a boss now on purpose for my company.
spk_0 And my goal is to 10X our impact, our reach, our revenue.
spk_0 Just one of the things that I recognize that my team helping recognize is that
spk_0 my creativity is embedded in my joy.
spk_0 They go hand in hand.
spk_0 I am more creative, the more joyful I am.
spk_0 So that's why this summer, the frial king will be epic.
spk_0 Will I still be on social?
spk_0 Probably just because.
spk_0 But like anything that you see me do this summer, July and August, especially.
spk_0 Just know it is deeply embedded in joy.
spk_0 If there's somebody listen to this, who is in a value moment,
spk_0 who is fighting for their lives, who is in the dumps,
spk_0 who's having a hard time getting out of bed, I feel you.
spk_0 I know exactly where you are.
spk_0 And I just want to let you know that the valley is not the only place that you're going to be in.
spk_0 If you are in a value moment, I just want to offer you hope.
spk_0 I want to offer you that some of these moments are simply a stepping stone for the next version of you
spk_0 that you got to hold on.
spk_0 The valley is temporary because the rise is next.
spk_0 If you are in the value right now, look, it's nothing but up from here.
spk_0 And I know exactly how you're feeling.
spk_0 I know how hard it is to get out of bed.
spk_0 I even know what it looks like when you're like, I don't even know what I'm supposed to do next.
spk_0 Maybe you're not supposed to do anything.
spk_0 Maybe you just need to surrender and say, you know what?
spk_0 You got to go.
spk_0 Like, take it.
spk_0 You have it because I ain't got it.
spk_0 I hope you're taking this episode and this series as proof that
spk_0 every failure is truly a stepping stone to the best version of yourself.
spk_0 So this moment is hard.
spk_0 This moment is tough.
spk_0 It might have hands.
spk_0 I know what that feels like.
spk_0 But don't quit.
spk_0 Don't.
spk_0 Don't because this moment is supposed to teach you something.
spk_0 It's supposed to equip you with something because what is for you next is bigger than what you
spk_0 could even think about.
spk_0 So just hold on to that.
spk_0 If you're in a tough season in the grind,
spk_0 feeling like the vision is cloud, you're the money's funny or you're just tired.
spk_0 Don't quit.
spk_0 Pivot if you need to burn it down and rebuild if that's what's required.
spk_0 But don't quit.
spk_0 Complete your purpose work.
spk_0 Pray that prayer.
spk_0 Let my helpers find me because they will.
spk_0 They did for me.
spk_0 So this is the last episode of the Professional Trouble Maker podcast.
spk_0 It feels right.
spk_0 It feels like a good movie wrapped up after the end credits.
spk_0 It feels right to move on to the next franchise.
spk_0 Not that I'll stop being a professional troublemaker.
spk_0 That's a life long assignment for me because I'm always disrupt for the greater good.
spk_0 Amen.
spk_0 But as I even embark on the work that I'm doing for my next book,
spk_0 which is really exciting to me because I don't think a book like this exists in the way it should.
spk_0 I'm going to be pivoting my attention more to that.
spk_0 Is this the last podcast that I'll ever create?
spk_0 No, I've highly doubted.
spk_0 I might decide to start a brand new podcast in a couple of months.
spk_0 I don't know.
spk_0 But as for this podcast, we're done.
spk_0 We're finished.
spk_0 We must finish strong.
spk_0 But yeah, I think it's the right time to lay professional troublemaker down.
spk_0 It's a new day.
spk_0 It's a new dawn.
spk_0 And what my assignment is in this season, different.
spk_0 And that's always good to also know.
spk_0 Remember that your assignment doesn't always have to stay the same.
spk_0 You just have to recognize when it's done as a post-afforsened or staying in seasons that have
spk_0 expired.
spk_0 So yeah, but before I go,
spk_0 to make sure you stay connected with me, make sure you subscribe to my love letter.
spk_0 That's my newsletter that I send out weekly.
spk_0 That's how I stay connected with my audience because these algorithms are a tragedy.
spk_0 Okay.
spk_0 How you sign up for that?
spk_0 You go to loveletter.com.
spk_0 L-U-V-V.
spk_0 L-E-T-T-E-R.
spk_0 You know I be on social.
spk_0 I'm at lovey everywhere.
spk_0 And if you are not already on the book Academy, wait list.
spk_0 And you want to write a book one day.
spk_0 What are you even doing?
spk_0 Come on.
spk_0 Go on it.
spk_0 Thebookacademy.com.
spk_0 But yeah, this is the final episode of Professional troublemaker,
spk_0 the podcast after seven years.
spk_0 Thank you all for writing with me.
spk_0 Thank you for listening to this podcast.
spk_0 Thank you for showing it love.
spk_0 Seven years has been incredible.
spk_0 I have had some great conversations on this platform.
spk_0 I have really enjoyed this leg of my work.
spk_0 It has been a pleasure to hold this space and for y'all to join me.
spk_0 So let's continue to do better, be better, and thrive.
spk_0 Stay disruptive.
spk_0 Peace out.
