spk_0 Music games are fun.
spk_0 And now it's time to do some rhyming.
spk_0 A rhyme is any two words that sound the same,
spk_0 but aren't the same.
spk_0 And all you have to do is say a word that rhymes
spk_0 with each word that I say and try to say it on the beat if you can.
spk_0 So for example, if I say car, you could say bar or tar.
spk_0 And remember, it's okay if you say a made-up word like nor,
spk_0 it's just about rhyming and having fun.

spk_0 The song...
spk_0 Today's Echo Song is inspired by my book called
spk_0 We Share This Neighborhood.
spk_0 I've been reading this book and singing this song
spk_0 and different neighborhoods over the last year,
spk_0 and I always ask the kids who are there,
spk_0 what are some of the things in your neighborhood that you get to share?
spk_0 I've heard so many great answers.
spk_0 Kids say they get to share their snacks and their toys,
spk_0 and their little baby brothers,
spk_0 the grown grown say things like the parks and the sidewalks.
spk_0 What are some things you and your neighbors get to share in your neighborhood?
spk_0 Think about that, and all the different kinds of people you get to share them with,
spk_0 while you sing this Echo Song.
spk_0 All you have to do is sing what I sing after I sing it.
spk_0 Joni and Shiloh are in there to help you out.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 It's all about us.
spk_0 It's all about us.
spk_0 Let's make it good.
spk_0 We decide how it should be.
spk_0 I share with you.
spk_0 You share with me.
spk_0 In the park, till the sun goes down,
spk_0 grilling smells, sporty smells,
spk_0 a stop bench, a sidewalk jump,
spk_0 where we sit, where you walk,
spk_0 we share this neighborhood.
spk_0 It's all about us.
spk_0 Let's make it good.
spk_0 We decide how it should be.
spk_0 I share with you.
spk_0 You share with me.
spk_0 Farmer's market.
spk_0 Dust pet.
spk_0 Friends who move, we won't forget.
spk_0 The stores that open, the stores that open,
spk_0 all of books, in the window.
spk_0 Take a look.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 It's all about us.
spk_0 Let's make it good.
spk_0 We decide how it should be.
spk_0 I share with you.
spk_0 I share with you.
spk_0 You share with me.
spk_0 Our block party.
spk_0 Less about C cast.
spk_0 Throw away a trash.
spk_0 Don't be inconsiderate.
spk_0 Throw nubs on porches.
spk_0 Kids on stoops,
spk_0 if you have a dog, pick up the poop.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 It's all about us.
spk_0 Let's make it good.
spk_0 We decide how it should be.
spk_0 I share with you.
spk_0 You share with me.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 We share this neighborhood.
spk_0 Take a look on the board book section
spk_0 for We Share this neighborhood.
spk_0 By Dan Sacks, next time you are in a bookstore.
spk_0 It's time to move.
spk_0 I have very important news for you.
spk_0 A magic bubble has just appeared inside your body.
spk_0 Right now, it is in your hand.
spk_0 Can you feel it in there?
spk_0 It's warm and tingly.
spk_0 And if you let it,
spk_0 it will make one of your hands gently float around in front of you
spk_0 like a dancing fairy.
spk_0 Is it working?
spk_0 Go on.
spk_0 Let the magic bubble take control
spk_0 and floaty dance your hand all around.
spk_0 Uh oh.
spk_0 Now the bubble is slowly working its way towards your elbow.
spk_0 Making your elbow do a floaty dance.
spk_0 It jumped to your other elbow.
spk_0 It jumped back again.
spk_0 Now it is sliding up to your shoulder.
spk_0 Making your shoulder do a rolly,
spk_0 poly, shrug shrug dance.
spk_0 You look very awesome right now.
spk_0 Oh, now it's at the top of your head.
spk_0 Your head is all like,
spk_0 yes, no.
spk_0 Yes, no.
spk_0 See?
spk_0 It went all the way down.
spk_0 Go on.
spk_0 All the way to your toes.
spk_0 It's in your toes now.
spk_0 It's making one of your feet float and drift.
spk_0 And dance all around that magic bubble is doing just that.
spk_0 Oh, it's jumped to the other foot.
spk_0 Huh?
spk_0 And it jumped back again.
spk_0 And it jumped back to the other foot.
spk_0 And it jumped back to the other foot.
spk_0 And now to the other foot.
spk_0 It's on the move.
spk_0 Where is it going to go next?
spk_0 The magic bubble is going back up straight into your elbow.
spk_0 Your tummy moving like it has a magic bubble inside it.
spk_0 There's only one way out.
spk_0 It has exited your body through your belly button
spk_0 and floated away to find another person to dance with.
spk_0 That's our show.
spk_0 Special thanks to the kids on today's episode,
spk_0 Royal and Rebel and Joni and Shiloh.
spk_0 Hey, if you like Newtalo, tell a friend about it.
