Welcome to Aligned and Alive, the podcast where high level conversations meet real life transformation. I'm your host, Chrissy May. And these Sunday Soul Drops were created to be a sacred pause in your week. A chance to return to your heart and reconnect with what matters most. And in preparing for this Sunday Soul Drop, this was one of the most difficult ones for me to create. With so much going on in our world, especially this past week and this one, I decided to create one all about love, healing and faith. Because when we allow love to guide us, healing begins to unfold. When we open to forgiveness, peace returns to our hearts. And when we lean into faith, even in the times we cannot understand why, we remember that God is always at work, weaving a greater plan than we can see. It's a reminder that no matter how heavy the world may feel, light will always break through the darkness and love will always prevail. Now more than ever, we are being called not to check out, but to check in. To lean into love, faith and deeper connection so that true healing can unfold.

Step into the healing presence of love. Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. Again. A deep breath in and exhale slowly, letting it all go again. Inhaling life and exhaling what is no longer yours to carry. Inhaling peace and exhaling the weight of the fear. Now bring your awareness to your heart space. See a small flame flickering there. The eternal spark of God, the Creator. This flame is pure love. This flame is eternal light. And no matter what you have walked through, this flame has never gone out. With every breath, feel it growing brighter. From a spark to a flame, from a flame to a radiant glow. Until it fills your entire chest with warmth. With love, with forgiveness. Now let this light expand beyond your body. See it filling the room around you, spilling into every shadow. Notice how darkness cannot remain when light expands. Darkness has no power of its own. It only exists where light has not yet been revealed. And now expand further. Send this light across your family, your community, across oceans, into places where war, hatred or suffering live. Imagine the most difficult situations, even those that feel incomprehensible, even those that seem drenched in evil. Allowance your light to enter there. It may not erase the pain, but it transforms the energy. Because love is the highest power. Hatred will exhaust itself. Fear will collapse under its own weight. But love. Love endures. Love renews. Love resurrects. And even when we cannot understand why evil things take place. Even when our human hearts cry out for answers, we cannot find. Trust this. There is always a greater plan. The Creator is weaving something bigger than we can see. And though we walk through darkness, it is never the final word. Love will always prevail. Light will always return. Faith is the bridge. Now breathe this in. I am a vessel of love. I am a keeper of light. I walk in faith and healing. Now breathe it out into the collective, knowing every breath is both prayer and power. Take one final deep inhale. Hold it for a moment in gratitude, and exhale, letting your light ripple outward to every corner of this earth. Carry this truth with you today and always. You are love.
