A Beginner's Guide to Connecting with Your Spirit Guides

spk_0 Today I want to show you step by step how you can connect with your spirit guides and

spk_0 how you can make it so much easier for you to finally communicate with them to feel

spk_0 their presence to speak with them and to receive guidance from them.

spk_0 And it all starts with one powerful belief that maybe on a conscious level you have already

spk_0 embraced but on a subconscious level you haven't embraced yet fully.

spk_0 And that's the belief that they actually exist and that what we're talking about here

spk_0 is true.

spk_0 And here you have to open your heart because you can consciously say yeah I've read

spk_0 spiritual books and I know about spirit guides but deep down I don't know I mean it sounds

spk_0 kind of woo-woo kind of out there if you still resist the idea no matter if it's because

spk_0 of doubt or if it's because of disbelief or if it's because of fear you are blocking

spk_0 the connection to your spirit guides which means that right now I invite you to make a choice,

spk_0 a choice that is incredibly powerful and that's to let go of all resistance.

spk_0 And in order to let go of all resistance you have to let go of the disbelief which means

spk_0 you have to let go of this feeling of yeah what if it isn't true what if it doesn't work

spk_0 and you also have to let go of any fear.

spk_0 And of course the disbelief in this case might be easier to let go of because the more

spk_0 you listen to my episodes and the more you also try the techniques that share with you

spk_0 in different episodes the more science you will receive the more direct contact with your spirit

spk_0 guides will you have and of course the more that happens the easier it will be for you to believe

spk_0 just like when somebody wants to manifest their dream life and they receive one synchronicity

spk_0 after another then of course it's easier for them to say up what I'm doing internally has an

spk_0 effect on my external world and the same is true for you on this beautiful journey of connecting

spk_0 with your spirit guides the more you receive science and synchronisities and guidance from your

spk_0 guides even though they might not talk to you directly immediately maybe just number science

spk_0 in the beginning or you feel a certain presence all of that will confirm to you that you can let go

spk_0 more and more of the disbelief and the mistrust to this whole spiritual realm but when it comes to

spk_0 fear here we have to dig a little bit deeper because you have to let go of the fear to connect with

spk_0 your spirit guides because if you are afraid of the experience that you might have when you then

spk_0 see your spirit guides or you feel their presence and they are around you you are blocking the

spk_0 access that they can get to you because spirit guides only flow to you if you are vibrating on

spk_0 the frequency of love specifically on the frequency of love for them and love and fear cannot

spk_0 coexist always remember that which means you have to let go of all these excuse my language stupid

spk_0 pictures that you might have in mind about ghosts or about spiritual entities from all kinds of

spk_0 horror movies or sci-fi movies all of that made you believe maybe not consciously but definitely

spk_0 subconsciously that there's something to be afraid of that spirit guides are scary but always

spk_0 remember your spirit guides have your best interest in mind they are the most loving wonderful

spk_0 beings i mean i had many spirit guide experiences in my life i've seen and communicated with my

spk_0 twin brother who i lost right after birth he passed away right after birth and who have never

spk_0 met in the physical reality i communicated with a dear friend of my father who passed away a

spk_0 couple of years ago and who i had a great relationship with as a child i've communicated with

spk_0 my grandfather at a certain part of his physical life when he was in world war two i've

spk_0 had all kinds of spirit guide experiences also with spirit guides who have never met in my physical

spk_0 reality and i can confidently say that each and every experience with them was full of love

spk_0 full of light and was a very positive experience so i would never say that there is anything to be

spk_0 afraid of yes it might be unusual yes in the first moment there might be a moment of oh my god

spk_0 what's going on here woohohoho that's okay but there's nothing that you have to be afraid of and

spk_0 then keep in mind and this needs me to the next step that speaking with your spirit guides is all

spk_0 about speaking to them like somebody who you trust like somebody who's your close friend

spk_0 like somebody you're close to and you are close to your spirit guides and maybe you don't feel like

spk_0 it right now but you will be once you fully immerse yourself in this process and if you want to

spk_0 say yes to the opportunity to connect with your spirit guides and to receive guidance from them

spk_0 a friend when you even for example when it's somebody who you knew in your physical reality

spk_0 when you talk to them just like you talk to them in your physical reality i mean when we're for

spk_0 example talking about a friend or for example a family member who passed away talk to your spirit

spk_0 guide just like you talk to them in the physical realm you don't have to have this incredibly

spk_0 formal language you don't have to i don't know go like yeah my dear spirit guide i mean if you would

spk_0 please reveal yourself to me it would feel my heart with joy you don't have to if you were jokingly

spk_0 cursing with that person in the physical realm then you can talk to your spirit guide exactly in

spk_0 this way it will help you to connect with the spirit guide because if you for example say hey i

spk_0 would love to connect with you please help me to fill your presence today that's okay that's

spk_0 casual enough i mean you don't have to use dude or do that in every second word but the less formally

spk_0 you are the more connected you feel to that spirit guide and the more connected you feel to the

spk_0 spirit guide the easier it will be for you to establish the connection to the spirit guide

spk_0 which then helps you to receive the guidance and to of course also if you reach that frequency to

spk_0 then see the spirit guide connect with them on an even deeper level and when it comes to all the

spk_0 science all the dreams all these intuitive thoughts that your spirit guide send you keep a journal for

spk_0 that keep a journal and write all of that down because it's so easy to forget it's so easy to

spk_0 to this old way of thinking where you say you know that was just a coincidence we know that it's

spk_0 not a coincidence and the more you then also ask for science and yes also specific science i mean

spk_0 remember you can communicate to your spirit guides all day long you can for example say if you're

spk_0 here show me a really specific sign in the next couple of days that you are real that this is real

spk_0 and maybe i should rephrase that maybe you don't want to put a time frame on it because you don't

spk_0 want to put yourself under so much pressure but by you actually inviting your spirit guide to give

spk_0 you science to give you yet to just give you a sign that they are there that this is real that you

spk_0 are connected with them and then also remember that these signs don't always come in a booming

spk_0 voice just like in a movie it can be a sign of yeah just anything basically i mean a number sign

spk_0 and interknowing a gut feeling it can be that a friend says something to you that reminds you

spk_0 of that specific person wants to restill a life and the physical realm all of that can happen

spk_0 and the more you allow yourself to go deep within to go into a meditation maybe even a hypnosis

spk_0 if you're ready for it the more you do that the more you allow your mind to relax and you open

spk_0 your subconscious mind to receive to receive guidance to receive science to receive synchronicities

spk_0 and this can make it easier for you to then feel this connection to your spirit guides and the

spk_0 more you also open your heart because remember your spirit guides live on the frequency of love

spk_0 the more you open your heart the more heart centered you live your life the more heart centered

spk_0 you experience your life the easier it will be for you to connect with your spirit guides
