They created a small following.

They pick trending products that they can talk about over and over and over.

Cause you're not just going to make one video and make $5,000.

And by the way, I signed up for TikTok shop and TikTok actually recommends products that are trending to you.

This is also a volume game because some of the commissions are smaller.

So the key here is consistency.

And the creators that I see that are really successful, they go hard on a few products.

So they make multiple videos about products.

Like there is a whole suite of people who let's say they double down, let's say bras is their thing.

They'll make multiple videos of them in different outfits, showing the bra and how it lifts and all this other stuff for it.

I digress.

All right.

It's not just about bras, but go ahead.

Try out TikTok shop.

Tell me how it goes.

Now let's get into number four.

Number four is one that I researched just for y'all.

It is being an Airbnb co-host and property manager.

I'd like to list this as property manager and operations manager because maybe you don't own a rental property.

That doesn't mean you can't profit from Airbnb.

Airbnb is still thriving.

It's still a thriving industry, but hosts are busy and they need help.

Really good hosts probably have more than one property.
spk_0
So as a property manager, you can manage guest communication, handle things like the checkout cleaning process and make sure check in and check out run smoothly.

So I wouldn't even just call this property management.

I would call this something else, something unique brainstorm with chat GPT.

And again, I'm thinking more of the operations of it, like taking the mental load off the owner's hands to make it seamless for them.

To be making money off of these rental properties to have guest booking in and out.

And then you handle everything related to marketing and the seamless operations process.

So this is why it makes money.

It's recurring.

It's local and host pay well for peace of mind.

And this is different than being an influencer.

These are people who their sole job is creating content on behalf of brands.

This one is huge right now.

User generated content means brands pay you to create short, authentic videos of their products.

And you don't need a large following because brands care about the content, quality,

more than audience size here.

And again, on platforms like TikTok, if you're one video for the brand is doing really well,

they will continue to amplify that.

It doesn't matter how many followers you have.

marketing, just making sure bills get paid and managing that flow of work.

What that means is you can be an operations manager for multiple businesses.

They have clients.

They have customers.

But no systems.

I can attest to this.

So a lot of entrepreneurs are flying blind or winging it.

dashboards, tracking the client progress, automating the onboarding and basically keeping

their businesses running as well as helping them track the data that helps them to sell more

and make more money.

If they're not tracking how their clients are doing and the results that their clients are

then how can they use these for testimonials?

How can they speak to the efficacy of their program and their coaching?

Right.

So sometimes they are so focused on the work that they don't have time for the tracking.

And the last thing I'll say before I get into some final thoughts is I was having conversations

with a few of my entrepreneurial friends this week.

And we were talking about, all right, what can I do for a cash injection?

This was the conversation I was having with someone.

They wanted to pick my brain, kind of get some brainstorming,

thought partnering from me.

And the thing that I directed them to is a lot of times,

we entrepreneurs will create these convoluted packages and proposals because they're thinking about
spk_0
long-term clients and things that they want to offer.
spk_0
But then you miss the low hanging fruit in front of you.
spk_0
If you are trying to make money urgently, you need to think about,
spk_0
what do I always get asked about?
spk_0
What have I already done that I know makes money?
spk_0
How can I do more of that?
spk_0
And then who can I offer it to?
spk_0
So a friend of mine was just like, all right, I'm going to create these posts on LinkedIn and
spk_0
Instagram.
spk_0
And then they did it and no one responded.
spk_0
And here's what I told them.

I said, you go to social media when you want to start building up to something.
spk_0
When you start, when you want to start getting people on your list because they're interested
spk_0
and they're just kind of observing.

But when you want people to actually convert and pay you,

that is an email activity.

That is an email marketing activity.

That is a direct outreach activity.

So I told this person, you need to email your list no matter how small it is.

And more than once, you need to email them more than once.

You need to directly reach out to everyone you know who may be interested in this.

Which by the way is more people than you think because warm leads,

aka people you know, they are aware of what you do.

They trust you.

They know your capability and they just didn't know you were offering it right now.

But if you give them an opportunity, they might realize, you know what?
