And wow, I've been reflecting so much on my journey.

I started this podcast four years ago,

living in Houston, Texas.

It was just an audio podcast.
spk_0
I think I had 3000 followers on the internet
spk_0
and I was terrified and I was scared.
spk_0
And yeah, I didn't know if anybody would ever listen to it
spk_0
and yeah, I had no idea what it would turn into
spk_0
and what it would become.
spk_0
And many of you, especially those of you
spk_0
who've been with me on the journey,
spk_0
which I have many that have,
spk_0
or if you've listened to the first episodes
spk_0
and you have heard the insane journey and transformation
spk_0
that I have been on in those four years.
spk_0
And I talk a lot about the differences
spk_0
between season one and season two
spk_0
and the energy and what I've learned and all of it.

And yeah, now I feel that I am about to embark on a whole new journey.

And it is going to require so much of me
spk_0
as I become, oh, I am a wife and become a mother.

And I have known that the end of It's Bucking Spiritual

would come at some point.

And I have known that it was coming for a while.
spk_0
Even before I knew I was having a baby,
spk_0
even before I knew that I would marry this man,
spk_0
this beautiful, incredible man.
spk_0
Before it even came into my life,
spk_0
I, the entire second season, have been dying to this brand
spk_0
because I've changed.
spk_0
And what I want to speak to
spk_0
is I don't know what is going to come next.
spk_0
And I know fully that I get to die to my maiden self
spk_0
and get to be reborn as a mother.
spk_0
And I don't know who that woman is going to be,
spk_0
but I do know that this work is so much
spk_0
of the purpose in my life.
spk_0
And now my purpose is expanding
spk_0
into being a wife and a mom and being a present mom.
spk_0
And yeah, and fully putting into practice
spk_0
in my life what I have learned
spk_0
and feel like what I've been training for
spk_0
over these past couple of years,
spk_0
which has been surrendering and trusting
spk_0
and being in my feminine.
spk_0
And like, yeah, fully reorienting me to the energy
spk_0
in which I started this podcast,
spk_0
which was so fun and so beautiful.
spk_0
And I love that version of 26 year old me
spk_0
who was like, I'm going to do this,
spk_0
and I'm going to create this podcast
spk_0
and it's going to be, you know, this funky, edgy brand.
spk_0
And I'm going to say, fuck in the title.
spk_0
And it's been so fun and we've been on a journey together
spk_0
and we've grown together and we've laughed together
spk_0
and we've cried together.
spk_0
And you've seen this podcast that became its own entity grow.
spk_0
And it will always live on.
spk_0
I'll always leave it up here for you to listen
spk_0
and to binge the episodes.

Yeah, I just know that the energy in which this show
spk_0
was born, it was my maiden self.
spk_0
And she was spunky and I still am,
spk_0
but she was spunky and fun and edgy and rebellious.

And it served her so much.
spk_0
And in this process, I got to learn how to stand on my own
spk_0
to feet, how to own who I am, how to find my voice,
spk_0
how to inspire other people, how to connect with women
spk_0
like you on this journey.
spk_0
And we got to learn together and grow together.
spk_0
And yeah, and it was such a cool journey to go on
spk_0
and to get to sit with you here week after week.
spk_0
And share my heart and share what was going on
spk_0
in my life and share my growth.
spk_0
And then to take a year off of the podcast
spk_0
and go on my own journey and in semantics
spk_0
and find feminine work and to come back in season two
spk_0
and to be on camera and to have it be an interview podcast
spk_0
and have it be so successful and meet the coolest people.

And dream guests and just really show myself
spk_0
that I could create this and also hopefully inspire you
spk_0
along the way to create your own version of success
spk_0
in your life.

And hopefully it helped heal a part of you

getting to tune in week after week
spk_0
and put this work into practice in your own life.

And yeah, since I've come back
spk_0
the whole entirety of season two,
spk_0
I've always been in the inquiring around the energy
spk_0
of its fucking spiritual, so fun and not fully me anymore.
spk_0
And I've talked about it on the show that yeah,
spk_0
I went through my satan return and I went through
spk_0
entering my 30s and I went through a softening
spk_0
and I let go of the rebellion in me.
spk_0
I mean, she's still there, don't get me wrong.
spk_0
But I let go of the energy of having to prove
spk_0
and yeah, I went on this feminine path
spk_0
and it softened my heart and it changed how I show up
spk_0
and it allowed me to be in my spine and in even deeper way
spk_0
and I think really what it was as I went through
spk_0
such a deep maturation during this time.
spk_0
And I know that you can feel it
spk_0
and I've been in such deep inquiry around what do I want
spk_0
to do with the show, do we want to rebrand it,
spk_0
do we want to turn it into something else
spk_0
and I've been in that question
spk_0
and then enter my now husband into my life
spk_0
and enter this baby into my life
spk_0
and it just became so clear that what I created
spk_0
as a maiden was so beautiful and so impactful
spk_0
and so amazing and yet that chapter is coming to a close.
spk_0
Oh, yeah, just letting that sink in as I say that
spk_0
because while there's so much beauty
spk_0
and if you listened to our engagement episode
spk_0
where I introduced you to my husband,
spk_0
yeah, and I got off filming and I was like,
spk_0
gosh, it really does sound like we live in this fairy tale
spk_0
and there's a part of me that wants to be like,
spk_0
you know, of course there's like hard things and stuff too
spk_0
but also I'm not going to manufacture
spk_0
that like it's been challenging.
spk_0
It's, we've just been in this most beautiful, incredible season
spk_0
and I'm really just in this place of like receiving
spk_0
really receiving the fruits that I've worked so hard for in my life
spk_0
and feeling like I don't have to,
spk_0
I have nothing more to force or to prove.
spk_0
I and the iteration and the journey that I've been on
spk_0
and who I was up until this point, like I love her
spk_0
and I feel that I'm dying to her.
spk_0
She'll always be a part of me but this is now a season
spk_0
where I got to be a wife and where I got to
spk_0
and turn to this new chapter of parenthood
spk_0
and meet myself as a mother and I don't know what that's gonna hold
spk_0
and I don't know what that's gonna look like
spk_0
but I do know that that old version of me
spk_0
and this new version of me can't exist simultaneously
spk_0
and don't and yeah and while we're going through
spk_0
the most beautiful chapter of our life,
spk_0
I'm also going through such a death
spk_0
and I guess that's the part that's been challenging
spk_0
is really asking myself the question,
spk_0
what does this become and who am I becoming now?
spk_0
And what is clear to me is that I am not done
spk_0
because this work is such a part of me
spk_0
and being a steward for this work and a teacher of this work
spk_0
and sharing it with you has been so much of my life
spk_0
and will continue to be.
spk_0
I am clear that it will not be its fucking spiritual
spk_0
moving forward but it may be a new podcast,
spk_0
it may be a new brand, it may be something around
spk_0
going from maiden to mother,
spk_0
it may be something around the feminine work
spk_0
and yeah, maybe parenthood.
spk_0
I have no clue, but what I'm clear about
spk_0
is that I am in the liminal space between two worlds

multiple times before and this is gonna be another

one of those times and I will come back out

and I will share my wisdom and I will reconnect

with all of you but for now this journey

in this iteration is coming to a close.
