spk_0 It would glitch out, like, visually, because it couldn't handle the frame.

spk_0 Yeah, so it would try to help itself out by removing the actual visuals while they were happening.

spk_0 And then the other game I got to play this week was Bubble Bobble.

spk_0 Yeah, so this is a game that revolves around 30 Shinobi women that pretty much soak each

spk_0 That's honestly the main prerogative, but kind of like leisure suit layers.

spk_0 No, because there's actual strategy baked into all of this.

spk_0 Yeah, because I was like believe it's too Larry games.

spk_0 There's no straightaway.

spk_0 What was the one that would come?

spk_0 Yeah, Magnum Cum Laude was actually pretty funny and fun.

spk_0 But with this one, a lot of people will try to compare it to Splatoon gameplay wise.

spk_0 And it's kind of on that realm except the whole ink thing isn't there, but the upgrading of the coverings stuff up.

spk_0 The characters don't really matter in this game.

spk_0 It's the weapons that are your strategy and skill.

spk_0 So you're continuously like upgrading these water guns.

spk_0 And that's a really cool concept that I've never got to mess with in video games.

spk_0 I played it with a Rachel for like, I don't know, two hours.

spk_0 I think I got two hours where that was so far.

spk_0 I still haven't played the other one in this until versus.

spk_0 Magic legend?

spk_0 I'm going to take a drink of water.

spk_0 Oh, this is magic legends.

spk_0 Magic legends, a new action role playing game looks a bit like Diablo on the surface.

spk_0 But the new free to play multiplayer game from cryptic studios has a pace and style all its own.

spk_0 The hook is in how it applies the mechanics of its original source material, the magic

spk_0 the gathering, collectible card game.

spk_0 We discovered that and more during a special hands-on preview late last week.

spk_0 And magic legends players take on the role of planeswalkers.

spk_0 Powerful spell casters from the magic lore.

spk_0 Each one has their own basic combat specialties.

spk_0 For instance, the geomancer fights with her fists while the necromancer has a whip-like

spk_0 sensor for her mid-range attacks.

spk_0 The classes also have simple and ultimate abilities to match those flavors.

spk_0 One to do damage over time and the other to charge up and cast for massive damage once or twice around.

spk_0 Players can use the mouse and keyboard just like a traditional ARPG, clicking on the ground

spk_0 to mark a destination for their characters and wailing away with the attack keys.

spk_0 Ultimately, WASD movement mode allows MMO and FPS players to adapt more easily.

spk_0 The basic combat is fluid and fun, although at the moment the enemy AI behaves more like a team of children playing soccer than a proper fighting force.

spk_0 I mean, children playing soccer, they're me and themselves.

spk_0 That's you can get pretty violent on.

spk_0 Especially the parents.

spk_0 So have you guys heard about this new beta for the magic game?

spk_0 I don't know.

spk_0 You know, it's a free to play.

spk_0 I'm not expecting it to break anything around or anything.

spk_0 Now, your Necromancers, I would think, would be more of the long range characters because of the fact that, you know, they raised the dead and it's like, go.

spk_0 I would think like the fire characters would be the ones up close and personal because, you know, burn everything in sight.

spk_0 Yeah, and then of course, I mean, your other melee of the planeswalkers would definitely be soren.
