spk_0 I still don't know how they won that game.

spk_0 I told you that I was thinking about it.

spk_0 I was like, the home was outstanding last night.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 The running game actually was effective.

spk_0 I, of course, somebody had to have somebody needed like 18 points from Kareem Hunt to beat me in a matchup.

spk_0 And they got it.

spk_0 Of course.

spk_0 It's like, you know, it was like 37 yards and two touchdowns and like whatever it was.

spk_0 It was ugly, but still, I hope the chiefs played pretty well last night.

spk_0 They didn't allow a single sack.

spk_0 It was a game that was in some ways defined by seminal moments.

spk_0 And perhaps none bigger, too bigger.

spk_0 I think I guess the two biggest ones were one Devon Lloyd.

spk_0 Oh, God.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 99 yard interception return for a touchdown.

spk_0 And then later on in the game, Trevor Lawrence with an opportunity to potentially win the game.

spk_0 Trips gets up and rushes in for a touchdown.

spk_0 So a wild game all the way around.

spk_0 That was the stumbles mom 2.0.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 We call it the Stumble risky.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 I think that would work.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 I mean, unbelievable.

spk_0 Trevor with two rushing touchdowns last night, he and Patrick Mahomes were each deleting

spk_0 rushers for their respective team.

spk_0 So as far as fantasy takeaways go, I actually felt like there weren't a ton of notable fantasy

spk_0 takeaways.

spk_0 Probably the thing that I thought about the most after the game and during the game was,

spk_0 and I'm not sure that we're going to get more of this, but it's really, really easy to see.

spk_0 The special player that Travis Hunter is when he gets opportunities.

spk_0 I felt like pretty much every catchy head last night was really cool.

spk_0 There was one way down the field, probably his best highlights so far this season on like a 40 plus yard catch.

spk_0 He had a couple of other catches where he makes defenders miss very easily.

spk_0 If the Jaguars ever committed Trevor, excuse me, Travis Hunter to becoming an 85% of the snaps,

spk_0 offensive player and the focal point of their passing game is very, very clear how much upside he would have.

spk_0 I don't know if we're going to get that, but last night at least gave me a glimmer of optimism that if they do commit to him sooner rather than later,

spk_0 you would have a weekly starter in fantasy.

spk_0 There was one moment as a result of him playing both ways.

spk_0 One thing I said is it's injury exposure, right?

spk_0 Because more you're on the field every time you step on the field, it's called an exposure.

spk_0 So when you're playing both ways, clearly that's double the amount.

spk_0 And he came off a little bit limping last night, you know, kind of got off the field.

spk_0 And I thought, oh no, is this, is this going to make them rethink what they're doing in Travis Hunter?

spk_0 I mean, I do wonder if he was fine.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 Came back in the game, but I do wonder if that's the kind of thing that reminds them.

spk_0 This is the chance you take when you have a player playing both ways because they're just going to be more set up for injury and fatigue starts to kick in his different playing in at the NFL.

spk_0 It really is. Yeah, it really is.

spk_0 They've done a good job managing him so far, but last night again, I don't think there were ton of takeaways.

spk_0 Xavier worthy ended up playing last night.

spk_0 He too left the game seemed to sort of retwist that ankle.

spk_0 He was back out within what two snaps.

spk_0 I think it was worthy led the team and targets again last night.

spk_0 He didn't have a monster night, but I think he ended up with six catches plus a rushing attempt on eight targets.

spk_0 So until Vershield Rice returns, he will still most likely be the primary part of their passing attack.

spk_0 I think I got two questions sort of takeaways from this game.

spk_0 And one of the first ones is because I invested more than I wish that I had.

spk_0 And I say, a Pacheco as a low end RB two.

spk_0 He's Karim Hunt actually like the lead running back of this squad or is it just closed committee?

spk_0 He's the close. Exactly.

spk_0 I wanted to talk about Isaiah Pacheco because we've talked about him post injury.

spk_0 And is he the same?

spk_0 Did you watch every time he ran hard?

spk_0 He does run like Isaiah Pacheco.

spk_0 He looked a lot like the Isaiah Pacheco before the injury last night.

spk_0 I think those questions have been answered.

spk_0 I don't think this is on that anymore.

spk_0 I think that notion that he's not the same guy and that's the problem.

spk_0 I don't think that's it.

spk_0 I think it's just the effectiveness of their run game in Karim Hunt gets the opportunities in the red zone clearly.

spk_0 That's what he's there for.

spk_0 But Pacheco earned every yard that he got and then something like I there were a lot of guys who couldn't have made some of the extra yardage that he got last night.

spk_0 So I think he's back as far as what his style is.

spk_0 It's just their run game efficiency still not there.

spk_0 It's not there and he's going to get limited goal line opportunities.

spk_0 So there's a very clear ceiling on the player that Isaiah Pacheco is.

spk_0 Karim Hunt had his longest rushing attempt last night, 33 yards and over four years.

spk_0 So he quirks against incredible in so many ways last night.

spk_0 The home was excellent.

spk_0 Not just in real life, but in fantasy as well.

spk_0 He has been really, really solid so far this season.

spk_0 I don't have breath in strange.

spk_0 He got hurt in the middle of this early in this game.

spk_0 I should say he ended up not returning to the lineup.

spk_0 So not a much and not a whole lot in terms of fantasy movements.

spk_0 Travis Kelsey found the end zone.

spk_0 He was really good last night.

spk_0 That's a red zone winning question, by the way,

spk_0 for those that pay attention to Sunday morning on FF now.

spk_0 But largely I felt like this game was more entertaining in real life than it was for fantasy football.

spk_0 So I have nothing dramatic to add beyond that.

spk_0 I did feel like Brian Thomas.

spk_0 I think that there's an improvement of the chemistry between him and Trevor Lawrence.

spk_0 Trevor Lawrence actually spoke to that a little bit in the post game.

spk_0 My takeaway was, you know, if we thought once was a fluke,

spk_0 like we were starting to see Brian Thomas, I think twice tells us it's a trend.

spk_0 Now the fantasy production isn't totally there.

spk_0 10.6 fantasy points in week four, 12 fantasy points last night.

spk_0 But definitely, Brian Thomas looked the part last night, made a couple amazing catches.

spk_0 And I think that the hard part for me now is trying to figure out the chemistry between them does look better.

spk_0 But Trevor Lawrence has more options.

spk_0 And so is it going to be that he's going to spread the ball around?

spk_0 I mean, who had Parker Washington catching the touchdown on their bingo card?

spk_0 You know, didn't need it.

spk_0 No one did.

spk_0 Nobody needed Parker Washington in the end zone.

spk_0 I know you've been Brian Thomas, but I felt like Brian Thomas looked really good last night.

spk_0 Like I felt like their connection was good.

spk_0 So to the eyeball, I feel like maybe this means that Brian Thomas and Trevor Lawrence,

spk_0 we're going to see a little bit more from them as a fantasy duo.

spk_0 The fact that Trevor Lawrence talked about it specifically gives me hope.

spk_0 Still not where we wanted to be.

spk_0 I think I'm with you on that.

spk_0 I don't think when I saw this game and I'm thinking about like rankings for week six,

spk_0 did Trevor Lawrence or, or I mean Trevor Lawrence, I'm not ranking as a starter to be honest.

spk_0 But like Brian Thomas Jr. or Travis Hunter, do they do anything enough to like move them up?

spk_0 I don't think so.

spk_0 Xavier Worthy is Xavier Worthy.

spk_0 Nothing that he did either good or bad unless he got hurt was really going to move the needle a ton.

spk_0 He's a strong wider seeker too.

spk_0 Exactly.

spk_0 And I think Travis Kelsey, like this was a classic Travis Kelsey week.

spk_0 I don't think this is going to happen every week.

spk_0 This week it just happened to work out this way.

spk_0 And Kelsey, you know, for even some of the inconsistencies, I'm going to pull it up right now.

spk_0 But he's got to be what tied in six or seven at worst right now.

spk_0 Twelve, I think.

spk_0 Is he really?

spk_0 I think so.

spk_0 Okay.

spk_0 Well, after last night, I'd be surprised if he didn't move up a couple spots there.

spk_0 We'll take a look.

spk_0 Bottom line is that like he's on that radar of startable tight ends, even if the upside is semi tapped.

spk_0 How about last thing and then I'll move on.

spk_0 This is the third game this season in which Patrick Mahomes has at least 45% of his fantasy

spk_0 points come because of his legs.

spk_0 He has three games with at least 57 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown this season.

spk_0 I can't really run the ball.

spk_0 They literally cannot.

spk_0 He has been unblemeable.

spk_0 He has salvaging possessions.

spk_0 He's keeping a series alive.

spk_0 You know, this is where he gets his yard.

spk_0 I don't think it's ideal.

spk_0 I don't think he wants to do it.

spk_0 But one just while we're celebrating the wizard, the Patrick Mahomes is just watch people

spk_0 try and take him down there.

spk_0 Something about the way he trains.

spk_0 It's unbelievable.

spk_0 He, people grab him around the ankles.

spk_0 He gets out of it.

spk_0 He does not go down easily.

spk_0 And that's why he can get all those extra points.

spk_0 For what is worth, field, you are right.

spk_0 Confirmed Travis Kelsey who was Titan 12 heading into the weak.

spk_0 Now, Titan's six in total fantasy points.

spk_0 And by the way, Daniel, he is eight points away from being Titan two for the season.

spk_0 Like, this was one of our spirited conversations coming into the years at like, you know,

spk_0 he was kind of fine.

spk_0 It's like Titan four or five.

spk_0 Just kind of fine.

spk_0 You know, it's away from Titan two and eight points away from Titan 12.

spk_0 That's the gap in what Titan looks like this.

spk_0 Part of that morass of Titan that aren't named Jake Ferguson.

spk_0 Let's dive into our fantasy focus show league really quickly before we jump into some

spk_0 waivers because we had a close matchup between you and Eric and Moody actually not really

spk_0 points.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 So my team is hurting.

spk_0 We are cruising for a bruising so far this season.

spk_0 But I put up 146.92 got a big night from Jalen Waddle got a big night from Rashad

spk_0 White got you tonight from Justin Fields garbage time still counts really had no gigantic

spk_0 duds on my roster and Eric Moody who came into this matchup with the same record that I

spk_0 did also two and six dropped 169.28 points.

spk_0 He got a mammoth and I mean mammoth day from Rico Dattle.

spk_0 The vauntay Williams was excellent.

spk_0 Bonix was sharp nearly 18 fantasy points.

spk_0 Justin Jefferson at over 19 fantasy points.

spk_0 Just strong across the board for our friend Eric Moody my tip of the cap to you Moody.

spk_0 And this is why victory points matter because I still I think I was the second or third

spk_0 high scoring team second the league you were the second highest.

spk_0 So this is one where victory points do matter because I still get one and one.

spk_0 I still go one one.

spk_0 I should say the problem is I feel like victory points feel a little bit better when you're

spk_0 in a 12 team league and you finish six that week and it's right.

spk_0 I lost but at least I get that one and one.

spk_0 No, like I had the second best week of anybody in the league and I still lose one of those

spk_0 two games.

spk_0 So I am a downtrodden but not defeated.

spk_0 I'm a second half team, my friends.

spk_0 I've moved up from the bottom of the barrel.

spk_0 I'm now I've had two strong weeks that I've actually got into three points.

spk_0 I was like so badly losing.

spk_0 I wasn't getting victory points or win for my team.

spk_0 And the first one I want to open up to a conversation.

spk_0 But guys, big waiver week this week.

spk_0 A lot of things going on here.

spk_0 So Stefania, I want to start with you because we found out yesterday, a Marian Hampton who

spk_0 we had been so excited about finally got the backfield all to himself.

spk_0 Now unfortunately going to go on IR.

spk_0 What can you tell us about this injury from Marian?

spk_0 Well, this is chargers.

spk_0 So that means we don't get much in terms of information.

spk_0 But Jim Harba basically opened his conference with reporters saying that O'Marian Hampton

spk_0 was going on injured reserve.

spk_0 All we knew was that he had injured his ankle and he was in a walking boot after the game.

spk_0 And we talked about yesterday how a walking boot can be a proactive measure to sort of

spk_0 limit the motion at the ankle and the foot while things are being evaluated.

spk_0 Or it can be something serious.

spk_0 And it appears to be of the more serious variety.

spk_0 No details.

spk_0 But I would also remind you that when a player automatically goes on IR like that, it tells

spk_0 you they know there's no chance.

spk_0 He's coming back beforehand.

spk_0 So it also means there's no guarantee that he's coming back immediately at the end of

spk_0 the four required misgames.

spk_0 So with that in mind, who's up next for the chargers guys?

spk_0 Hassan Haskins and Kamani Fadal are the two names that come to mind right now.

spk_0 Who knows they may be in a situation to go out and add a running back.

spk_0 But field they have to probably add at least the practice at least someone.

spk_0 Yes.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 Neither of these guys have really done anything in their careers for us from a fantasy perspective.

spk_0 I think the best game that either one of them had was maybe 13 fantasy points.

spk_0 So when you're looking at this, how are you trying to sus out what this backfield's going

spk_0 to do?

spk_0 So a little bit of how we discussed the Cardinals backfield last week.

spk_0 Now the results were a little bit different than what we thought they might be for Arizona.

spk_0 And Michael Carter was actually really involved in the passing game to five catches to zero

spk_0 for Marty Di Mercado.

spk_0 That being said, that was kind of the Spanish team.

spk_0 Mark.

spk_0 Yeah, a little bit.

spk_0 That's all right.

spk_0 No big deal.

spk_0 I'm just we're all over the place here this morning.

spk_0 I think Hassan Haskins stands to get much of the first and second down work.

spk_0 I think Hassan Haskins assuming no major move this week will be the guy that has the best

spk_0 chance to lead the team in carries.

spk_0 I think Camani Vidal will be a change of pace back.

spk_0 I think it'll also get some work in the passing game.

spk_0 And I want to remind everybody who they play this upcoming week.

spk_0 The Miami Dolphin to this past Sunday played against a backup runny back, even though

spk_0 a very, very accomplished backup runny back in Rico Doudel, went over a thousand rushing

spk_0 yards last year and then nearly a thousand rushing yards this last weekend.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 So I think Camani Vidal and I think in this order, Hassan Haskins.

spk_0 Yep.

spk_0 Yes.

spk_0 Must add them because I think there's a real shot.

spk_0 He goes for 18 carries on Sunday.

spk_0 Harba likes him.

spk_0 Oh, yeah, he does.

spk_0 He gets featured in the live.

spk_0 Yeah, exactly.

spk_0 There's Michigan connection.

spk_0 And he at training camp, that's been the buzz all wrong.

spk_0 Remember when I thought Camani Vidal was going to be a thing.

spk_0 Everybody's like Harba really likes Hassan Haskins.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 And I think that I agree with you that that's going to be the likeliest person to get

spk_0 the most work.

spk_0 I do believe again, there's only two by weeks this week, but because of some of the injury

spk_0 uncertainty and because it's running back, I believe that Hassan Haskins

spk_0 is on the border of being a top 25 running backs play this really like running back

spk_0 29 for me.

spk_0 Okay.

spk_0 So not a surefire thing, but definitely even a 10 team lead like Camani Vidal, Hassan Haskins

spk_0 for sure should be added this week.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 Both players I think should be added like you just don't know and we have at least four

spk_0 games of no more in Hampton.

spk_0 Maybe longer is to find you said.

spk_0 So if these two guys continue to be the central point of the rushing attack going

spk_0 forward, I think both of them should be added in all 10 teams.

spk_0 I guess my concern and I agree with you on more on Hassan Haskins that I do in Camani

spk_0 Vidal, or that I would take a shot on either one.

spk_0 Yep.

spk_0 My concern is what you had said earlier where it's should I actually be targeting Gus Edwards

spk_0 because by the time that Gus gets in here is he the guy that's going to just like that

spk_0 veteran presence, Jim Harbaugh knows him.

spk_0 He's been a part of this offense before.

spk_0 I'm speculating.

spk_0 So I don't I would hate to tell you like, Hey, bypass one of these two guys for Gus Edwards.

spk_0 If Gus Edwards doesn't actually appear under the chargers right now, of course.

spk_0 Of course, me is Hassan Haskins.

spk_0 It's Camani Vidal.

spk_0 And if you are in a very deep league and you want to get frisky, then it's not a roster spot

spk_0 to play with.

spk_0 Go for it.

spk_0 But sort of that I would not be adding Gus Edwards tonight.

spk_0 In case you didn't know about these guys, Hassan Haskins is six foot two two hundred and

spk_0 thirty pounds.

spk_0 He is a big running back.

spk_0 So it could definitely carry that early down work as well as four career games with more

spk_0 than five fantasy points.

spk_0 Never more than 11.9.

spk_0 But he's never been in a situation where he's been the lead back really like this.

spk_0 Like it's always been like splitting time or he's a change of pace guy for something like

spk_0 that.

spk_0 So we'll see how this backfield works out.

spk_0 Fields, you mentioned it as we dive into waivers here teams that are on by this week,

spk_0 the Houston Texans and Minnesota Vikings.

spk_0 So at quarterback, maybe you need to replace CJ Stroud.

spk_0 Probably need to replace Jordan Mason, Nick Chubb or Woody Marks if you've been utilizing

spk_0 them.

spk_0 It's really the wide receivers guys.

spk_0 It's Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and Nico Collins.

spk_0 Those are the guys that we are really replacing here and then TJ Hockinson, if you need

spk_0 some minute tight end.

spk_0 My week six.

spk_0 Yeah, I know.

spk_0 I would like to ideally, you probably already replaced TJ Hockinson unfortunately.

spk_0 My week six priority pickups outside of I wanted to have that Amarie and Hampton conversation

spk_0 first because it's such a big bit of news.

spk_0 I got Michael Carter at the running back spot.

spk_0 He is my top running back to add this week.

spk_0 What's his roster presented?

spk_0 rostered in 41.8% of leads are joke.

spk_0 Come on, people.

spk_0 I agree with the program here.

spk_0 Well, yeah, when you look at his role in this post tray Benson backfield, he outsnaped

spk_0 Amarie, DeMarcato 36 to 17.

spk_0 And when you look at DeMarcato, what he did 14 of the 17 snaps that he played were on

spk_0 third down.

spk_0 He basically continued.

spk_0 I know.

spk_0 And he was still the third down back.

spk_0 He only touched the ball two times after that fumble that he had in the fourth quarter.

spk_0 Michael Carter, by the way, played the early down role.

spk_0 Also a really good pass catcher.

spk_0 Like even if he's not out there on third down, I feel like Michael Carter has shown to

spk_0 us why he should be the guy in this backfield.

spk_0 He's just going to get more volume.

spk_0 Even though DeMarcato had that long run and it was really tantalizing.

spk_0 I know we dropped the football, unfortunately.

spk_0 But I think Michael Carter is the running back to add in this backfield.

spk_0 Okay.

spk_0 They take on the colts this week.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 It's not a great matchup.

spk_0 It is not a great matchup.

spk_0 Eighth fewest fantasy points to running back.

spk_0 So I don't love it.

spk_0 But given the fact that again, it's going to be three more weeks with these guys being

spk_0 the lead backs.

spk_0 I think Michael Carter needs to be rostered.

spk_0 Stefania, I did want to ask you about Bucky Irving as well, because that's another injured

spk_0 running back that I think we have to plan for here in week six, right?

spk_0 We don't know the timeline on him miss last week because of a foot spray and a shoulder

spk_0 subluxation dealing with a couple of injuries and made it sound like he's going to miss

spk_0 at least another week.

spk_0 So I would be assuming that he'll be out.

spk_0 I looked ahead.

spk_0 Their buy isn't until week nine.

spk_0 So sometimes you look at is the buy week, provide a cushion where you could say, okay,

spk_0 they're probably going to that way.

spk_0 last couple of weeks, taken on this Ravens defense has just given away fantasy points

spk_0 like it's candy to other quarterbacks.

spk_0 So what can you tell us about Lamar Jackson and the expectations for week six?

spk_0 I don't know that we know because again, you got another harbock.

spk_0 We're not going to say much, but look, if Lamar Jackson can play, he wants to play,

spk_0 but most of these low grade hamstring injuries are one to three weeks.

spk_0 at the big picture and they do not want their quarterback who is a runner, it's not like

spk_0 you want to put him out there and have him feel constrained in any way.

spk_0 And if he goes out and sets himself back, now you've maybe cost yourself another four

spk_0 or five weeks.

spk_0 So unless there's a market improvement with Lamar Jackson, I could very easily see them

spk_0 His five best fantasy games in his career, all over 16 and a half fantasy points.

spk_0 None of them did he hit 35 rushing yards.

spk_0 It's what he does as a pass catcher.

spk_0 So that's one of the things that you can look at.

spk_0 I think you should be in benches with the lack of depth at the running back position.

spk_0 And then the last one.

spk_0 It's Tyler Algier.

spk_0 Roaster and 31% of leagues is not exciting.

spk_0 He's going to keep being in this deeper league or streaming conversation because we just

spk_0 saw three backup running backs deliver top 10 fantasy performances when their main running

spk_0 back went down.

spk_0 We know for a fact that if anything happened to Bajan Robbins and Tyler Algier is going

spk_0 to be the guy, he would be the obvious next man up.

spk_0 He already has two games where he touched the ball over 16 times.

spk_0 So I think you would get a ton of volume if he was the lead back and just given the lack

spk_0 of depth at the running back position.

spk_0 Not someone that we're thinking about starting, but I'm now looking at these like insurance

spk_0 backs with how useful they've been over the first month of the season.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 Thinking I need to find a way just to make sure I have a couple of these guys in the back

spk_0 doing on his own, but it felt great to get back out there with the team.

spk_0 That, you know, when you're coming off the publicist is 21 days.

spk_0 Once that practice window opens, the team has to then add you to the active roster or you

spk_0 go back out for the rest of the year.

spk_0 So if you want to make room for a wide receiver that you think could contribute, I don't know

spk_0 These guys really don't take that next step till the second year, but he might be able

spk_0 But then once Jordan Addison came back, he's had 15 fantasy points in back to back games.

spk_0 I thought that was going to be the TJ Hockinson role.

spk_0 And he just hasn't materialized in there as that like trusted pass catcher that we know

spk_0 he can be at the tight ends.

spk_0 I think there's the inconsistency.

spk_0 The quarterback spot is also part of the issue.

spk_0 ago, where it's like the gap between player one and player two is just so big that you're

spk_0 getting this massive positional advantage.

spk_0 We thought that was the case this year with Brock Boers and Tremac Bride.

spk_0 But when it doesn't play out, you lose all positional advantage.

spk_0 And so to me, it's like, boy, is it worth it?

spk_0 Like is it worth it for me to try to invest in an early round tight end knowing that if

spk_0 it doesn't hit, I'm now just streaming a position rather than focusing on an early

spk_0 round running back or wide receiver where I just always need some.

spk_0 Well, you're always going to do this hindsight.

spk_0 And that's the best part of it.

spk_0 But go back to what you said, which is Brock Boers, you expected this gap.

spk_0 If Brock Boers doesn't get hurt, look what he did in week one.

spk_0 The results aren't what you wanted.

spk_0 But those results are hampered by something you couldn't have foreseen because we could

spk_0 I'm giving you a guy who hasn't done a whole lot so far this season.

spk_0 He actually came up in a pre-show conversation we were having yesterday, Daniel.

spk_0 I'm keeping my eye on Colston Loveland or a mid-season breakout.

spk_0 Yeah.

spk_0 We are looking.

spk_0 We are desperate for anybody.

spk_0 It's identical.

spk_0 We are some level of production.

spk_0 Yep.

spk_0 Colston Loveland got hurt in week three for the Bears.

spk_0 Missed week four.

spk_0 They were off in week five.

spk_0 In week three against the Dallas Cowboys, Colston Loveland played a total of six snaps.

spk_0 On those six snaps, he had three targets.

spk_0 I think at some point and we've we extrapolate that over a full game and we expect Colston

spk_0 might get 45 to 50 targets a game.

spk_0 Yes.

spk_0 So I think there's a chance that the Bears at some point in that same game by the way,

spk_0 or week four, the following week when Colston Loveland was unavailable against the Raiders.

spk_0 Colcomett had a couple of miscues.

spk_0 There was a drop near the end zone that he just had to let it go right through the

spk_0 wickets.

spk_0 Um, drafting Colston Loveland was always going to be playing the long game for the Chicago

spk_0 Bears.

spk_0 They understood they had Colston, they had Colcomett as they're starting tight end.

spk_0 But when I say long game, I don't mean like year three or four, I think it couldn't

spk_0 mean as soon as like the middle point of this season is a very talented player in an

spk_0 offense that is extremely innovative.

spk_0 And obviously, Roma Dunes, they as a merge as the guy that's become the focal point

spk_0 to the passing game.

spk_0 I think there's enough room though for Roma Dunes and DJ Moore and a tight end to feast

spk_0 in this offense, not him and Colcomett.

spk_0 But if he jumps Colcomett is playing 60 to 65% of the snaps, you might be in business

spk_0 at a position where once again, yeah, literally anybody that can get you eight points a game

spk_0 is startable.

spk_0 You're feeling good about it.

spk_0 Yes.

spk_0 That's the threshold right now.

spk_0 If you can get eight fantasy points a game, you might actually be on the radar for being

spk_0 a starting tight end.

spk_0 I love that.

spk_0 I would say 10, but like, yeah, I like him a lot in the, you know, it was him and Tyler

spk_0 Warren.

spk_0 These were the two rookies.

spk_0 We were paying attention to it.

spk_0 The tight end position.

spk_0 Tyler Warren certainly panned out different situations, but I feel like there's nothing wrong

spk_0 with the talent of Colson Loveland.

spk_0 And I think seem to be clicking in that bears offense with Caleb Williams, improve play

spk_0 and sort of how he's running it.

spk_0 That's a great target for him to have.

spk_0 I think it's going to come along.

spk_0 And there's one of the things I said in the off season when I was looking at the bears

spk_0 is I wonder if we're just going to look back at that offense and say Ben Johnson, Caleb

spk_0 Williams.

spk_0 I feel like they're probably going to be down more often than not playing in the NFC

spk_0 North.

spk_0 I don't know if that's the case.

spk_0 Like maybe they're just going to be a pretty good football team.

spk_0 Like they throw the ball a ton.

spk_0 So given how bad tight end has been and that we need somebody like this is a great call

spk_0 field.

spk_0 I love the idea that everybody else came to mind for other.

spk_0 So when I look at those guys that are having a huge, huge work share just a ton of volume

spk_0 There is one guy that stands out as someone that's not putting production with the volume.

spk_0 And that's Teteromic Millen.

spk_0 The idea that you either are going to have Bryce Young in this offense get a little bit

spk_0 better.

spk_0 More chemistry as we got time with this young rookie wide receiver or like maybe

spk_0 Wyrs case scenario.

spk_0 They replace Bryce Young with Andy Dalton.

spk_0 And then I actually feel pretty good about it.

spk_0 I think he's the double capable quarterback.

spk_0 Andy Dalton was Deonte Johnson's best friend last summer.

spk_0 That's what a weird time.

spk_0 So I think Teteromic Millen again with just like being a rookie only five weeks into

spk_0 I think he has a chance to continue to build upon all the volume that he's getting here.

spk_0 And I think two or three weeks later, it still feels like all things being equal.

spk_0 You would still rank them other probably Quentin Johnson first, then Kenan Allen, then lad.

spk_0 I think where some people maybe missed the point of the conversation is that first, second

spk_0 third is not Quentin Johnson way up here and then Kenan Allen in the middle and then

spk_0 lad super low.

spk_0 Like I think there's a very reasonable chance that any of them emerges as the guy for the

spk_0 rest of the season.

spk_0 He is a hold for me is Lad McConkey.

spk_0 I if you want to get out of the Lad McConkey business, you are waiting for a couple of

spk_0 two games back to back in which he looks good and finds the end zone and then you got one

spk_0 already in the bank.

spk_0 Correct.

spk_0 And then you have this opportunity to be like, all right, you know what?

spk_0 I want to get out like that's when you can do it, but you can't do it too quickly.

spk_0 Otherwise, you're just going to be selling cheaper than you need to on Lad McConkey.

spk_0 I think I'm with you.

spk_0 Unfortunately, it doesn't feel great.

spk_0 You want better advice, but you can't sell them for cheaper money than what like what

spk_0 you should.

spk_0 Yeah, you probably just have to leave them on the bench.

spk_0 I might have Matthew Stafford as a borderline top five quarterback.

spk_0 I've got Stafford head of Daniel Jones in my week six rankings.

spk_0 The match is just too good to ignore.

spk_0 Matthew Stafford is not as mobile as CJ Stroud, but it's not like CJ Stroud is particularly

spk_0 mobile and he threw four touchdown passes against that Ravens defense.

spk_0 Unless the entire cavalry is back this week for that Ravens defense, I'm sorry, Matthew.

spk_0 And they're not.

spk_0 Yeah, because the couple of them are done.

spk_0 And so the other thing is I just want to point out, do you remember how people were so worried

spk_0 about Matthew Stafford for the season?

spk_0 Like, it just feels like that has completely evaporated, gone into the ether.

spk_0 And it wasn't because people were even considering drafting Matthew Stafford.

spk_0 Most people picked him up as a second quarterback or they're streaming.

spk_0 They started streaming him.

spk_0 It's because of who he was throwing to.

spk_0 And Pukiniko is just the best fantasy point score in all of the land.

spk_0 And so that worry about Matthew Stafford.

spk_0 We kept saying calm down.

spk_0 It'll be fine.

spk_0 He'll be fine.

spk_0 Everybody that got Pukiniko with like their 12th to 15th pick for that week and a half

spk_0 where there was a lot of fear.

spk_0 It's like you got an unbelievable value.

spk_0 And Matthew Stafford's playing lights out football right now.
