spk_0 Hey, self-improver. A better world starts with a better you and yes you can.
spk_0 So let's take another step toward your best self today.
spk_0 No matter how high performing or high achieving you are, everyone goes through phases of life
spk_0 where they've lost momentum, progress stalls, and no matter how hard they try, they just
spk_0 can't move the needle.
spk_0 In other words, everyone gets stuck. Having worked with hundreds of people at this point,
spk_0 I've found there are reliable patterns that explain what's getting in the way.
spk_0 There are four types of stuck that keep people frustrated, disappointed, and discouraged
spk_0 as they try to improve their life. And not only that, but they come in a specific order
spk_0 where at each step you get closer to breaking through it.
spk_0 The first type of stuck is you don't know what you want.
spk_0 It's hard to make progress on anything if you aren't clear on what it's all for.
spk_0 You're going to keep feeling misaligned if you don't have a definite direction established.
spk_0 This shows up as feeling lost, aimless, and unexcited about doing the work.
spk_0 The second type of stuck is you don't know what to do next or what to take action on.
spk_0 There are a lot of ways to make things happen, and lacking a clear strategy makes it that much harder to execute.
spk_0 Often just taking one action step in the right direction is a catalyst for more,
spk_0 but you still need to know what that first step is.
spk_0 This shows up as feeling overwhelmed, indecisive, and out of ideas.
spk_0 The third type of stuck is not knowing how to do something.
spk_0 Let's say you figured out what action to take.
spk_0 If you don't have the know how or ability to do it, you won't follow through on it.
spk_0 This is an education in skill gap, and until you bridge it, you're going to be motionless.
spk_0 This shows up as fear, self-doubt, and self-deprecating thoughts as you must drop the courage to make an attempt without looking stupid.
spk_0 The fourth and final type of stuck is you don't feel like doing it.
spk_0 You know what you want, you know what to do next, you know how to do it.
spk_0 Now it's just a matter of following through on it.
spk_0 But something's still getting in the way.
spk_0 You're not feeling motivated or enthusiastic about your path forward,
spk_0 which is keeping you caught in a web of inaction.
spk_0 Your breakthrough is on the other side of overcoming these steps.
spk_0 Each one you pass brings you closer to breaking yourself out of your rut and kick-starting momentum.
spk_0 This involves doing the strategic work up front to create an action plan you believe in,
spk_0 and then you need to execute.
spk_0 And if you're feeling stuck right now, start from the beginning and work through each layer.
spk_0 Slowly but surely, you'll climb your way out and get back to firing on all cylinders.
spk_0 Just like the world needs you to be.
spk_0 Or if you already know what you want and it's to hold yourself to a higher standard and maximize your potential,
spk_0 I can show you what you need to do next and how to do it.
spk_0 That is what the 21-day Super Habits Challenge is all about.
