spk_0 I think my instincts is the main thing that's kind of like I know winning, winning, not to move.

spk_0 How much like preparation goes in a day?

spk_0 You watch your fighters seeing what their style looks like.

spk_0 Are you just in the ring kind of feeling out?

spk_0 As a young and I didn't even use a watch seat.

spk_0 It wasn't until I got to the highest level to where I'm like, okay, I need to start watching tape and see what fighters are weak at

spk_0 where I'm going to take advantage of at eight weak points.

spk_0 So I think a lot of it comes with like watching tape and understanding what's in front of you.

spk_0 Is it like I guess just watching it from you know from TV is very different from when you're in the ring.

spk_0 Are you looking for like combo styles like it's like when you say like their weakness is just something that they do naturally that you pick up on?

spk_0 I try to attack what bothers you.

spk_0 So like if I see something in the fighter and I see that you fought another fighter and they did something that bothered you that night.

spk_0 And then I watch it against another fighter and the same thing bothers you again.

spk_0 That's something that you didn't correct or you didn't fix.

spk_0 So non-times out of 10 come fight night.

spk_0 I'm looking for it to be there.

spk_0 I don't know it until somebody explored it.

spk_0 They win doing wrong and nobody explored what they do wrong.

spk_0 And the man got how many pro fights he can't compete with me in a boxing ring.

spk_0 So there was no shot at his inexperience as a whole.

spk_0 But it's the fact that bro, I've just been here since I was five years old.

spk_0 When you're talking about inexperience, you just can't, even if you do most athletic and gift acts,

spk_0 you're going to be missing so much data inside of your body itself, it will be hard for you to compete.

spk_0 It's muscle memory from when he five is them seven years gap from the start when he fit 14 from.

spk_0 But you are so far behind that that muscle memory.

spk_0 So it's still like a thing which is very rare in the sport of boxing that it can't happen.

spk_0 So you say you've been boxing since age five.

spk_0 When did you know you were like that?

spk_0 When I was like, I want to say 14 years old, I had went to a tournament.

spk_0 Overseas.

spk_0 This is my very first tournament overseas.

spk_0 And I'm fighting in a 15 and 16 division.

spk_0 And I was a number two guy.

spk_0 Everybody that was on my team was all number one guys.

spk_0 I lost in the national.

spk_0 They won the nationals.

spk_0 But the guy that beat me didn't have his passport.

spk_0 So he couldn't go overseas.

spk_0 So when I got overseas, I smoked everybody down there.

spk_0 And everybody that was on my team, they lost.

spk_0 And when they lost, I said, no, I'm the truth.

spk_0 If I'm the truth, then he's number one, they get his loss.

spk_0 And I just was a number two guy.

spk_0 When I go back to the national, I should never lose again.

spk_0 And from that day on, I never lost.

spk_0 I won mostly every tournament there was.

spk_0 So you didn't change anything.

spk_0 It was just the idea that those guys in front of me lost.

spk_0 I won.

spk_0 I'm better and then the confidence came.

spk_0 It gave me confidence.

spk_0 It turned my confidence to a whole nother level.

spk_0 And once I realized that, it's like, okay, these guys

spk_0 is entering around my way class.

spk_0 I'm fighting some of these guys.

spk_0 Why should they beat me?

spk_0 How are they going to beat me if I'm better than them?

spk_0 Like, I know I'm better.

spk_0 So also, you know, another thing that helped me with that tournament.

spk_0 I got to see other people work at it.

spk_0 So when I see they work at it, it's like,

spk_0 I kind of worked harder and I wanted to outwork them.

spk_0 And my talent wasn't just getting me by no more.

spk_0 It was more so, okay, my work ethic caught up with my talent too.

spk_0 Even when I was in that in basketball, I said,

spk_0 like, what was talking about the Lucas situation.

spk_0 And I said, we all work hard until we see somebody else doing something

spk_0 that we've never seen before.

spk_0 So we suppose I have the idea like, yeah,

spk_0 this is what I supposed to do running a little two miles due to this.

spk_0 Because that's the until you see somebody else and you're like,

spk_0 And then once you see it as I, this is how I get to the next level.

spk_0 very thick and beefy in there still got to ask what,

spk_0 but what's the process for cutting weight

spk_0 and what are you doing to rehydrate after the weight in?

spk_0 when I was at 130 it was a lot harder.
