spk_0 this as a Packers fan Packers on a Buy Week first Buy Week here week four week five.

spk_0 I almost enjoy watching it more. You don't have that like pit in your stomach all day,

spk_0 especially last week Sunday night football having to wait to watch your team all all Sunday.

spk_0 I feel like I enjoy it more when my team's on a buy. Now I do want to buy a week every week,

spk_0 but like you get to just enjoy the football and not have that kind of looming over you

spk_0 when you have your favorite team playing. And I think it's even better as as Jaguar's fan,

spk_0 it's better than having the island game of doom. Yes. You know, like it's better than having

spk_0 the Monday night football game or the Thursday night football game upcoming. Because if the game

spk_0 that was previously like this game, we just had with the Patriots and the bills. The game was great.

spk_0 Now it's about the Chiefs and Jaguars living up to that and keeping the trend going forward.

spk_0 And as a Jaguar's fan, the last time they were on Monday night football was the worst football I've

spk_0 ever seen. So I just I think that being on a buy as a fan is the best thing to do because now you

spk_0 can just watch everybody else. You can slander other teams if you want. You can put out so many

spk_0 reckless things about every other team and you can and you can live with it for a week. Exactly.

spk_0 I'm just looking on like they suck this team sucks. These guys all suck. You feel like a king for a

spk_0 week. Let's get to that Sunday night game though or two that we just saw Patriots at bills. Patriots

spk_0 has eight and a half point dogs on the road in Buffalo. Go in and win 23 to 20 on a last second

spk_0 Andre's board. Dallas feel a goal that I don't know about you J.P. But I thought that one was

spk_0 probably going to be good from about 75-ish the way he hit that thing. That went over the

spk_0 uprights from 52 yards out. What was your number from the Sunday night upset? My number was 11 and

spk_0 that's how many take that's how many penalties the bills had tonight. And I think that you could go

spk_0 with a lot of numbers here. And the biggest one was just the bills continuing to shoot themselves

spk_0 in the foot. They had two fumbles offensively. We mentioned the penalties and offensively for the

spk_0 bills it just felt uneven. It felt like just an off game for them. They couldn't really get the

spk_0 run game going which I actually was kind of surprised that there were some big runs that were popping

spk_0 off. But then just nothing really came of that. And then I think the Patriots did a good job of

spk_0 wading up all the signature calls and all the signature stuff the bills really like to do offensively.

spk_0 The first thing is they really like to get into those four strong with the bunch and then James

spk_0 to the strength of the bunch and they'll run mesh they'll run crossing routes. And the Patriots

spk_0 played a lot of zone. They wanted to thin that really well and they did and they forced Josh Allen

spk_0 to be a little bit more creative mode than he really likes to be especially at this point he's

spk_0 he wanted to be more distributor but they weren't being able to really get to that point with that

spk_0 offense. So it was a really good game plan by Vrable and the Patriots but man this was a

spk_0 this was a welcome to the national personal national light performance for Drake May and his

spk_0 nature its offense. That was the biggest takeaway for me was just that you know if you hadn't

spk_0 walked Drake May the past few weeks you may not have realized what kind of ball this guy was playing.

spk_0 I mean he looked obviously outside of Jane Daniels who already has a rookie but like he looked

spk_0 like the best of the year two quarterbacks it's like the guy who actually you know we're predicting

spk_0 all these leaks the guy who's actually made that leap and who actually now looks like a true

spk_0 franchise quarterback and that really is just missing the pieces. Really if he just has playmaker

spk_0 as guys who can separate consistently on the outside all of a sudden he's you know upper echelon

spk_0 at the position in the NFL sort of quarterback and then this one you just saw not only a lot of the

spk_0 structure stuff but then the whole shot he had against cover two at the final drive is just

spk_0 kind of confident throw that takes to the level of arm talent that you know you're probably your

spk_0 both average to below average quarterbacks in the NFL just they aren't hitting that in that

spk_0 situation it's just it's a big boy throw and Drake may made a lot of them in this game.

spk_0 And even on that I think it was that same drive where the defender comes in is I think it's

spk_0 tackle free runner comes in on rollout he stiff arming the defensive tackle with the ball still in

spk_0 his right hand still gets the ball off I thought he was going to get sacked which would be a huge

spk_0 negative at that point in the game gets the ball off the step on digs and they get a first down on

spk_0 that play that was and again I'm not saying it trying to compare the players one to one but that

spk_0 was a Josh Allen type of play that was something that you see Josh Allen normally do and it felt

spk_0 and it felt like Drake may really sort really sort of felt in his own element in the second half I

spk_0 think the bill showed him a lot of different stuff when it came to pressures when it came to play

spk_0 a man coverage and using a shack Thompson as a spy they used Milano as a spy to Roba Nara was

spk_0 spying but what really changed in the second half was Drake may was just being more distributor

spk_0 in the second half when he broke the pocket and he was playing so well diagnosing blitzes

spk_0 diagnosing pressures I actually thought he did that pretty well last year as a rookie so this

spk_0 constant upward tick this upward trajectory of him continuing his that games it really has

spk_0 me excited for what the Patriots can be yeah he finished his 22 of 30 273 yards no real running game

spk_0 to speak of for them in this one you know less than four yards per carry on the ground

spk_0 and then you still have the fumble problem that is the Patriots running back Antonio Gibson fumbles

spk_0 a kick return unfortunately goes out for the game on that one Roman Rist even sin fumbles another one

spk_0 they could just eliminate that they might have a few more wins on the schedule too but this

spk_0 Patriots team with how easy their schedule is I saw this week that I think it was Aaron Chats

spk_0 tweeted out that the rest of the way the only team they play that heading into this week was top 12

spk_0 and DVOA is the Buffalo Bills and the beat him once so they don't face a good team really the rest

spk_0 of the way in and we know how bad the rest of that AFC East is with the Jets and the Dolphin

spk_0 looking like two of the worst teams in the NFL I think this Patriots team at three and two I

spk_0 think they're making the playoffs especially with how weak the AFC is you I mean you might

spk_0 will get to the AFC North teams here in a sec but we're we might only have one AFC North

spk_0 team that makes the playoffs this year you're not going to have the same volume of AFC West teams you

spk_0 might only get two instead of three you're not going to get the AFC South until playoffs this could

spk_0 be the year where in the first year of Mike Vrayble they really turn it around and led by a quarterback

spk_0 who is really on that upper trajectory make the playoffs and it'd be a really fun story because

spk_0 it's Drake Mave keeps playing like this I will take the Patriots toe to toe against any of the other

spk_0 teams in the conference next three weeks Saints Titans Browns North 6 and 0 or 6 and 2 excuse me

spk_0 New England Patriots coming to a sit near you all right we're gonna take quick break after that

spk_0 going to get to the rest of the slate right after this Broncos at Eagles up next year Broncos win

spk_0 21 to 17 the sneak away as 4 and a half point dogs in this one on the road the underhits there

spk_0 4 to 3 and a half points was the under there my number it's six that's the amount of carries

spk_0 Sequan Barkley had in this game six carries for Sequan Barkley the Eagles had a 50 to 11 run past

spk_0 run split 50 dropbacks to only 11 called runs in this game and they only scored 17 points now

spk_0 it's a Denver Broncos defense it's very tough and obviously early downs they were they were

spk_0 putting it in the box they were not they were begging begging Jalen Hertz to attack down the football

spk_0 field and they got what they wanted I mean I think it was a smart game plan trust your corners I

spk_0 said I thought they could hit some on these corners they did still hit some but just when you had

spk_0 when you completely rely on Jalen Hertz and he takes six sacks the way he did in this game

spk_0 your offense is just going to come and go and they didn't score the final 28 minutes and 23

spk_0 seconds of this game filled off Eagles and and Denver Broncos kind of stole one it looked like

spk_0 they were gonna come out to a big lead it was 17 to 3 I believe at one point in time

spk_0 Denver Broncos come back and steal one from Philly so I have a lot of thoughts on the Eagles

spk_0 offense and where they've sort of struggled the biggest thing is their run game is not nearly

spk_0 as potent as it was on on early downs last year compared to this year they still even well before

spk_0 this game they are still one of the most run heavy teams on early downs in the NFL they were 31st

spk_0 in early down run run rate or early down pass rate last season they're 31st season before

spk_0 this game but the difference is last season they were first in EPA precaried on early downs this year

spk_0 the 13th that is a massive drop for this offense and I believe Diana Rousini had a quote in this

spk_0 leading up to the game in her notebook that said AJ Brown wasn't I think it was a rival coach

spk_0 just said AJ Brown isn't worried about the fact that he's not getting targets it's when he's

spk_0 getting targeted and I think that's important because they use AJ Brown and Devonte Smith as get out

spk_0 of jail free cards as like bailout third night third and nine we need something to move the chains

spk_0 AJ Brown go ball AJ Brown or Devonte Smith go ball leading up to this game AJ Brown's deep

spk_0 Brown target deep target rate was I believe 21% according to next year's stats which is up

spk_0 7% from last year Devonte Smith is up 4% in his deep target rate and it just feels like this

spk_0 offense needed to get those bailout plays just to move the ball so against Denver they lean heavy

spk_0 into the RPO stuff that was the most RPO heavy I think I've seen the Eagles offense since 2022

spk_0 and it was working it was it helped them get out to leave you saw a little bit more quick game a

spk_0 little more in breakers they're doing a lot more stuff to play action that's how they jumped out

spk_0 to 17-3 but the problem is they weren't running the ball in these RPOs and even when they were

spk_0 running the ball they were still not good at it I think it's let I think yeah they needed to run

spk_0 the ball more but they're just not good at it right now especially with Landon Dickerson out

spk_0 Matt Toth came in and you could tell that there was a difference in the amount of push

spk_0 and that's the biggest problem they always knew they could regenerate they replenish along the

spk_0 offensive line because you'd have Milada you'd have Lane Johnson and Landon Dickerson regardless

spk_0 of anything else that happens now Landon Dickerson's gone it's hard to replace both guards so I think

spk_0 this game really came down to the fact that they cannot run the ball and they chose not to run the

spk_0 ball they you could tell in the past split all those RPOs were RPOs and not just straight runs

spk_0 because they can't run the ball and that gave Denver enough time to get back into this game even

spk_0 when offensively they didn't play that great yeah the guard position right now is just not what it

spk_0 was last year we kind of touched on it Landon Dickerson being banged up heading into this week

spk_0 and then getting rolled up and we'll see what the diagnosis is of him but it didn't look great

spk_0 with him whipping off football field already as banged up as he is so if you're rolling with

spk_0 backups at left guard now Tyler Steiner right guard who's been very up and down

spk_0 you're just not the same unit unfortunately that's just the way offensive line goes they were so

spk_0 good last year because you went five across you had five guys who in the running game were winning

spk_0 their matchups damn near every single time that's how you get a two thousand yard rusher and say

spk_0 Juan Barker say Juan's on a pace for nine hundred seven yards right now nine hundred seven

spk_0 rushing yards you're not on a pace for a thousand behind that offensive line as a pure bell cow

spk_0 in the NFL with a running threat next to you at quarterback and J.O.N. Hertz that's almost hard to do

spk_0 as a play caller in my opinion even with the injuries up front they need to

spk_0 scrap whatever they've been doing this is a go back to the drawing board sort of moment in my

spk_0 opinion because you are still too talented to have steak on not as productive as you just

spk_0 flat out are maybe you're not going to be as dominant as you were last year that's difficult to

spk_0 replicate yes but to be as it napt on nine hundred seven yards that did not be possible

spk_0 also when it comes to this Eagles offense they have lost part of the reason why they're so

spk_0 good against too high they punish like boxes because their biggest thing was if you move

spk_0 even without a J. Brown davonte Smith playing well or getting targets you had to account for the

spk_0 plus one in the run game with J.O.N. Hertz J.O.N. Hertz only had two carries this in this game J.O.N. Hertz

spk_0 leading up to this game only has four designed carries this season I think it's five design

spk_0 carries now large part of that could be because they're trying to hold off on the hits that he

spk_0 takes because this is the early part of the season but again with the run game with just sake one

spk_0 not working as well as it is do you risk like breaking that glass in case of emergency because

spk_0 this is not a sustainable way to live you cannot have J.O.N. Hertz dropping back 50 times a game

spk_0 and say this is a winning recipe for football games yeah honestly that's taking in that's the

spk_0 direction almost more hits because he's good at protecting himself in the open field he's not great at

spk_0 doing so as much in the pocket and in this one the past protection wasn't disastrous but it's

spk_0 the Bronco you can't sit back on the Bronco's defensive line for three and a half four seconds and

spk_0 just think that you're gonna have all day that's kind of how it went in this one with their past

spk_0 rush Nick Neidle getting two and a half sacks his own right they're just they have too many guys

spk_0 that can get off blocks if you give them that long what were your thoughts on the final drive though

spk_0 for the Broncos the intentional grounding flag that gets picked up and then the late hit on

spk_0 zap on that gets flag that was kind of bang bang obviously it was late after the whistle but

spk_0 those ended up being massive calls in retrospect the intentional grounding getting picked up is so

spk_0 funny because Bo Nick's did the same thing earlier in the game and got called for an intentional

spk_0 grounding and in this on this one late in the game they kind of they didn't even announce

spk_0 that they were picking the flag up then there was no flag they just like quietly went and like

spk_0 grabbed the flag and we're like oh never happened it was like you got zapped with the the

spk_0 thing from men in black that made you forget stuff it's like they zapped you with one of those I

spk_0 was on the quad box and I was I had the audio on and I all of a sudden it just says third and sixth

spk_0 and I was like third and sixth it was what just happened the actual grounding like they flagged it

spk_0 what are you talking about yes the Neuralizer they had the Neuralizer for everybody like all right

spk_0 that never happened there there is no war embossing say there is nothing happened there the zapped

spk_0 ball and play I kind of I get why you throw that flag that is technically by the rules of flag

spk_0 but when football is happening so fast and all this such a bang bang play I don't know it felt

spk_0 kind of tiki-tack but you can also argue that for a player it's a veteran in zapped ball while

spk_0 the leaders of the team he's got to be a little smarter in that situation so I definitely see

spk_0 both sides of it but the intentional grounding just getting picked up at the end was a lot more

spk_0 egregious than the in than the unnecessary roughness two more things I want to touch on then we'll

spk_0 get to the bucks at sea hawks a j brown stopping on yeah go ball did you see it it wasn't really

spk_0 a go ball it was kind of like a weird because he kind of gets he gets rerouted from the slot

spk_0 pretty heavily and then he breezes past I believe it was talno who found and it took a while so

spk_0 like I think that's why he slows down as soon as he gets past who found go but jayon hurts had a

spk_0 while and jayon hurts saw it goes at a j brown but as soon as he got past him he basically throttles

spk_0 all the way down and looks back at the quarterback and then has to get back going it's like you can't

spk_0 tweet out your tumblr posts right after a game and then get a wide open target and stop you just

spk_0 you can't do both if you're a j brown in my opinion yeah that one was really weird and I said it

spk_0 during after it happened but did he just stop on the route like you never see a j brown

spk_0 just kind of just give up in the middle of the route and it was weird because that was a touchdown

spk_0 like that was a big play taken off the board but that felt like a microcosm of what the Eagles were

spk_0 as a passing offense in this game especially in the second half so many big plays taken off the board

spk_0 there was I believe it was a big like 50-yard throwing catch in avant-tay smith that was wiped off

spk_0 because of a penalty there was I think there was another big play on the rpio that was an eligible man

spk_0 downfield and then at the end the hail Mary you have a j brown and avant-tay smith both trying to

spk_0 catch the ball and both think about brother I think a j brown broke up that pass he broke up the game

spk_0 winners so it's just it's just those type of things where you're just like man that is really tough

spk_0 for the Eagles but for the Broncos this is a statement win this is a statement win for their

spk_0 defense who we said leading up we said the season if the defense can keep you in enough games

spk_0 I think Sean Payton will figure it out I think the offense can figure it out and that's what

spk_0 happened in this game the defense started sending a little bit more pressure and they got they were

spk_0 able to get home Nick Benito's playing like a defensive player the year caliber player and then I think

spk_0 bonix had an adventure of a day he was terrible for like the first three and a half quarters

spk_0 and then you just get some really good plays by court and sudden you get some nice yards after

spk_0 the catch by Evan Ingram really what stood out is those guys the others like the supporting cast

spk_0 for the Broncos winning after the catch and winning in court with Sutton's case winning at the

spk_0 catch point against a really tough group of debees against a team that really can really tackle so

spk_0 JK Dobbins was running hard you know some good argy harvy plays this was a statement win for

spk_0 supporting cast being able to lift up their quarterback even when he wasn't playing very well

spk_0 yeah I thought Nick's was his normal inconsistent self until that fourth quarter

spk_0 and the best thing you could say about him the first three quarters is that he didn't put the

spk_0 ball in arms away that he basically did not make the game ending mistake and then the fourth quarter

spk_0 I thought he was like that I don't think you could do too much better than he did in that fourth quarter

spk_0 that was fantastic the third and 15 conversion to court and Sutton was a throw that well before he

spk_0 breaks it off you got to throw it like that because of how the windows get unthurred downs that was

spk_0 like a throw where it's like okay that's that's progression that's bonix actually rising to the

spk_0 occasion for once this season so the Broncos massive win for them that especially with the way the

spk_0 charges are going that division we'll see obviously how the chiefs fair tomorrow night but they

spk_0 to me feel like the biggest threats in the chief right now if anyone I think the chargers just

spk_0 are a very flawed team right now whereas the Broncos it's really just if you get good bonix

spk_0 there right there with anyone else nae if you're right now yeah all right let's get to oh the one

spk_0 thing I actually I do want to mention Sean Peyton going for two backwards that was so cool

spk_0 it was so awesome it ended up not really mattering obviously because they kicked go ahead another

spk_0 field goal after that but I mean it kind of did because we don't know how it would have played out

spk_0 after that but most not most all analytics people would say when they were down two scores which they

spk_0 were down 17 to three and they scored the first touchdown that's when you use your go for two play

spk_0 because then if you really want a win in regulation then you know then you know you have it and you

spk_0 have it later if you miss it you know you got to get two more scores to go ahead he just goes for

spk_0 it willy nilly after they get the second touchdown to to would have tied it up they kicked the extra

spk_0 point but instead he goes for two Sean Peyton's gonna do his thing but that's like it felt like he

spk_0 just knew he had a play he knew he had to read because they targeted Keely Ringo and when you got

spk_0 to go for two when they kicked that kick the field goal it puts them at 21 17 forcing the Eagles to

spk_0 go and get a touchdown if you kick the field if you kick the extra point it's 20 to 17 and maybe

spk_0 the Eagles approach that game winning drive a lot differently knowing they just have to get in a

spk_0 Jake Elliott's field goal range so it was also knowing your opponent and knowing how good Jake

spk_0 Elliott is from distance you're forcing them to go get a touchdown which I think is really smart

spk_0 and I really wonder if more teams are going to start doing it I do think so just because I hate

spk_0 overtime please and then regulation all right let's get to the Tampa box at Seattle Seahawks box

spk_0 win as three point dogs on the road rode in Seattle the overheads there obviously because it wasn't

spk_0 73 and a half this was the best quarterback game I saw all season this was this is what you know when

spk_0 when they got drafted number one and number three overall back in 2018 you would not have been

spk_0 necessarily surprised if this game had happened three years ago when they were both on the Panthers

spk_0 right you would have been very surprised if I told you this game had happened but my number from

spk_0 this one is 158.3 because that was Baker Mayfield's passer rating under pressure in this game he

spk_0 goes seven for seven 103 yards and a touchdown under pressure and what was I mean Mayfield had

spk_0 maybe the best game of his NFL career might be Baker Mayfield has taken such a big step in his

spk_0 quarterbacking this year especially when the bucks have needed him to the under pressure stuff

spk_0 really stands out because it's not just delivering passes while he's getting hit he's scrambling more

spk_0 he's making those plays with his feet as well as he is with his arm and just feels like he's

spk_0 playing with a lot more confidence in himself within the offense I think we saw a lot of it with

spk_0 Jared golf last year in a different way where Jared golf knew the offense in fully mastered it at

spk_0 that point he was going like I know exactly where to go against any coverage with this ball they're

spk_0 not going to be able to stop him this feels like what Baker Mayfield is doing right now and it's

spk_0 really fun to see him just rip these passes down field he I think according to next-gen stats

spk_0 Baker Mayfield on passes 10 plus yards down field whereas 9 of 11 for 227 yards and two touchdowns

spk_0 he was eviscerating the Seahawks down field he was constantly hunting big plays and you saw

spk_0 mech at Buka catch a few test Johnson has some really nice plays in this game and you could just

spk_0 see that he was starting to heat up and again it just makes Baker Mule may feel the most

spk_0 entertaining quarterback in the NFL because you know he's never going to let a play die and that's

spk_0 part of his part of what makes Baker Mayfield Baker Mayfield derogatory is also what makes Baker

spk_0 Mayfield Baker Mayfield complimentary he's always going to try and make the play and it really

spk_0 showed up in this game when they needed it because Sam Darnel was cooking on the other side

spk_0 yeah so the quarterbacks in this game Baker goes 29 of 33 379 yards and two touchdowns it's

spk_0 only boring completions on the day for Baker Darnel on the other side goes 28 of 34 341 yards

spk_0 four touchdowns and one interception that was unfortunately not quite his fault tipped at the line

spk_0 goes to Levante David ends up being the game changing game losing interception there with less

spk_0 than a minute left in the fourth quarter sucks that I had to end that way if any game could have

spk_0 gone to overtime this would have been one that would have been fun to go to overtime but I think

spk_0 it's safe to say Clint Kubiak is going to be scrapping the Jalen Milro package after this

spk_0 yeah it's always just the little stuff with Seattle and every game this year it's always been

spk_0 the little things it's always been turnovers it's been against San Francisco first we get a season

spk_0 though you have Jalen Milro in for one play on the opening drive and then never in for

spk_0 the game Sam Darnel also fumbled on the potential game winning drive on this one they just couldn't

spk_0 get off the field and I think this is one of those games where there were a lot of trade rumors

spk_0 around Rick Woolin and this is one of those games where you're like I think this will kind of

spk_0 cool those off because near my aperture and Josh Joe were not ready they were not ready at all

spk_0 for mecha Buka who was again like I think he is the leading candidate for offensive

spk_0 rookie of the year at this point just incredible like I'm honestly Brian Hartlin should use

spk_0 that game as recurring tape and be like hey if you want to play at Ohio State you'll end up like

spk_0 these guys you know like that was one of those type of games JSN was incredible on the other side

spk_0 but this was one of those games where if you're Seattle you're going to be kicking yourself

spk_0 at the end of the season because I mean the Seahawks are still in it when it comes to the division

spk_0 they can still win the NFC West especially with the 49ers I know they won on Thursday but

spk_0 they're constantly coming back from injury and you put the always played a Rams close so

spk_0 they're going to be in it when it comes to the division but now you're worrying about seating

spk_0 and if you're not winning the division the Bucks already have tiebreaker over you.

spk_0 Yeah the 49ers have already completed the West sweep they'd be everyone else in the West the

spk_0 Seahawks unfortunately now two losses that they're going to be kicking themselves that week one

spk_0 loss of the 49ers now this one they they look like a much better team than I gave them credit for

spk_0 this offense is absolutely humming. Jess Smith and Jig was like a true number one I think as high as

spk_0 you could have been on him heading into this season I think he's exceeded all expectations he

spk_0 goes for eight catches 103 two yards and touchdown in this game and like you said those are

spk_0 highest state wide receivers man they come into the league ready to play another guy who came

spk_0 to league ready to play then I was excited that we got to see at least in this one test Johnson dude

spk_0 150 pounder making plays four catches 59 yards and if you can't touch him you can't get hurt

spk_0 and the thing that really stood out with test Johnson is not only is he fast but he can throttle

spk_0 down quick yeah he can stop too and it's not I think that's such a big difference for speedster wide

spk_0 receivers if you can't stop quickly you're not going to be able to play because you can only run

spk_0 go routes but test Johnson was winning on they had them with design jet sweeps I think they had a

spk_0 design in the round forum they slid them out the backfield some on passes but his speed and his

spk_0 ability to stop is really going to help an offense that just needs some more juice especially while

spk_0 they're waiting for Mike Evans to get back but that was it was really fun watching him play and I

spk_0 Tankdale had to run block at the goal line just freshman year of freshman year rookie year in the NFL

spk_0 gosh too much of scouting brain on my mind but you don't want him run block and he's not going to

spk_0 run block you can't run block but if it's man cover do you know it's like a third and seven you

spk_0 need a guy to win does Johnson's going to win a lot of routes the guy gets open so I think it's

spk_0 just a nice feather in Josh Grazar's cap to have and deployed a well in this game I mean not wasn't

spk_0 on the field that many snaps and get 59 yards out of it he's going to be an interesting player to

spk_0 watch and how he's deployed for this buckseam and the box man my pick of them be in the one seed

spk_0 when it's all sent on the NFC that they're they're making me look smart with all these close wins

spk_0 it might not come to fruition but they they seemingly know how to win games this year in a way that

spk_0 just looks different I feel like from years past with this Tampa Bay Box team I feel like all

spk_0 their wins have been one score wins they've all had one score win the the one score game luck has

spk_0 gone the way of Tampa which is sort of balancing out the fact that everybody's injured yes it is

spk_0 and that's why they like they didn't have the right side of the line in this one and still got it done

spk_0 all right let's get to let's get to dolphins at panthers an interesting one because dolphins ran out

spk_0 to a 17 to nothing lead we thought given the way panthers games have gone this year that it was

spk_0 gonna be a blow up unfortunately and it wasn't panthers rolled roar back when 27 24 is one and a

spk_0 half point home dogs the over hits in that one what's your number from a wild game in Carolina my

spk_0 number is 206 yards on the ground for Rico Doudel which is a career high 206 yards by the

spk_0 Caroline of panthers on the ground without Chuba Hubbard I'm sorry this has to end for Miami you

spk_0 can't you cannot go on with Mike McDaniel and Chris Greer after this game so after the dolphins

spk_0 went up 17 zero here's the remaining drives for the rest of the game punt half time punt punt punt

spk_0 punt touchdown punt that's that's not gonna get it done that's not gonna get done against anybody

spk_0 but including the Carolina panthers who we said leading up to this game have the worst defense that

spk_0 we have seen this year in the NFL on top of that the panthers had the worst rushing defense I have

spk_0 ever seen in the NFL Mike do you know how many yards the dolphins ran for in this game how many

spk_0 they ran for 19 yards on 14 carries that what how do they do that because like they were one of

spk_0 the best rush off it's through the first four weeks this season they were incredibly efficient

spk_0 on the ground but I think this game was very much a a sad state of what Chris Greer and Mike McDaniel

spk_0 have done personnel wise with this team Jonas Vianneye just does does not look ready he cannot you

spk_0 can't pass pro with him and then if you're not running the ball effectively that makes that makes

spk_0 him a net negative on the field you had Darren Waller who looked incredible for the first half five

spk_0 targets five catches 78 yards two touchdowns second half don't target him at all no targets and I

spk_0 kept clouding the middle of the field so they were forced to check it down all the time the dolphins

spk_0 have been doing that that has always been the answer that two of us given after dolphins loss for

spk_0 the last three years it's the same thing they're just like I just if you don't want to feel your DC

spk_0 face in the dolphins all you got to do is scout the press conference all you got to do a tool to tell

spk_0 he's gonna tell you what what happens they're gonna you cover the middle of the field you shut

spk_0 down that office and that is an indictment on the coaching the the fact that they you gave up

spk_0 206 rushing yards 239 I Trevor Eatsy in had more rushing yards by himself than the dolphins had

spk_0 in this entire game but from the Panthers perspective you I thought they played really well in the

spk_0 second half their defense played really well obviously Derek Brown was making some splash plays

spk_0 in the running past game it gets over shadow because Teteromic Millen is incredible but Nick

spk_0 Scorton I think has actually turned into some one of a quality player for this team especially when

spk_0 you get him stunted inside you they stem inside on passing down you play as a lot of effort in the

spk_0 run game and this was really just about like we sort of saw the same thing with the Eagles in the

spk_0 second half of the we saw the dolphins if you can't run the ball and sustain drives and drain

spk_0 clock you just you're gonna give the other team more cracks at the bat you give them enough times

spk_0 at bat they're gonna finally hit one they're gonna finally get to might a swing um and that's what

spk_0 happened in this game shout out to Eric Collins who was on play by play oh my game so much more

spk_0 entertaining has he done play by play before yes he's done football play by play um he did a

spk_0 UCF game a few years back they went viral for um I'll see if I find the clip but he's incredible

spk_0 I want him calling every single I want him to be a football play by play guy dude he his energy was

spk_0 off the charts it was it put Gus got Johnson to sing shame I see it was like prime Gus Johnson

spk_0 Gus has gotten tame he's he's he's you know on the downslide this was for a dolphins panthers game

spk_0 the guy was treated like it was game seven of the world series I mean the energy

spk_0 truly incredible I look I had to look up who it was mid game I was like who is this he keeps just

spk_0 he keeps taking it to 10 he's so incredible I need more of it that's like that's all you really need

spk_0 from a play before I announce her I don't need you to describe what's going on the game I'm watching

spk_0 what's going on the game I need you to get me hyped and he was um some things from the from the dolphins

spk_0 I cannot believe how bad their first and second round picks were in just in terms of like on the

spk_0 football field right now I'm not damning either to being bad players long term I'm not dumb I know how

spk_0 this works that sometimes guys just aren't quite ready but when they drafted you know a nose tackle

spk_0 to basically it felt like we're drafting for this year because I don't think anyone would have said

spk_0 Kenneth grants the 13th best player in this draft class right like they were probably better

spk_0 players in football on the board right then but it was like hey our biggest needs knows Zach

spk_0 we need to get a common player right away he can't hold up against double teams he's flat out

spk_0 camp right now he's getting his ass kicked in this game against you know was objectively an okay

spk_0 Panthers offense line I think it's probably if you're ranking it like a dead average offensive line

spk_0 16 they're very good they're very good at run blocking they've been terrible at pass for this year

spk_0 but they're really good at run blocking and he got his ass kicked um and then on the flip side

spk_0 Josephi and I was just like he cannot go one on one in the basket like he just he looks

spk_0 he just looks like he's never played by the left side before I like his footwork and hand use like

spk_0 they don't go in sync and just so many ugly reps on his tape and so for all you gave up you know

spk_0 you traded up for Josephi and I drafted Kenneth Grant 13th pick I think it was you know you drafted

spk_0 him for Tyler Warren um for this to happen for them to just be flat out not only just not impact

spk_0 players like liability some both sides of the ball feels like a fireball offense because you're

spk_0 gonna bottom out this year and this is the roster you constructed paid so much to assemble and you're

spk_0 just kind of you had no plan B you had no transition plan for you know when Tyree kill was gonna

spk_0 age out when Toronto arm said it was gonna age out your transition plan was absolute ass it just was

spk_0 it just was not good enough if you're Chris Greer and unfortunately you're not set up for success

spk_0 for the next two to three years now because yeah I think to us dead cap next year or capet next

spk_0 year is 56 million like this is not a tenable situation for Mike McDaniel or Chris Greer and

spk_0 Chris Greer has been with the dolphins for a long time he was in their scouting department for a

spk_0 long time he has been with the dolphins for a really long time and this has not been a good team

spk_0 this has not been a sustainably good team in his iteration with Mike McDaniel's head coach

spk_0 from the panther's perspective I actually do think Jimmy Horn Jr has some really fun plays

spk_0 on the game winning drive he made a great catch on fourth down where I was like oh my god price

spk_0 what are you doing which Bryce Young do really really bad plays in the first half the fumble where

spk_0 he just kind of drops the ball is a really bad panic play and something that again I know

spk_0 referring back to college Bryce might be a thing it might just be a thing in the past college

spk_0 Bryce Young doesn't fumble with a dude with a dude running at him and then the interception his

spk_0 feet were all out of whack and he sales it but I think in the second half you know you kept fighting

spk_0 back kept clawing back he made some really big throws the touchdown to to the get was really nice

spk_0 Xavier Legett needed that as well and again it's just this dolphins team it's this has to be it

spk_0 I don't know if they fire Mike McDaniel or Chris Greer tomorrow but they can't you can't bring them

spk_0 back next year regardless of what happens to finish the season yeah that really was the full

spk_0 spectrum Bryce Young game you got pretty much every potential play of Bryce in terms of bad

spk_0 all the way to the best of the best that you'll see from Bryce on some of like the corners and the

spk_0 goal I'm fed to Xavier Legett like it's a nice throws in that game I'll just like what the hell is that

spk_0 Bryce I always say Rico Dattle to our six yards take it full circle do your number I love stories

spk_0 like Rico Dattle because he was not even a starter his final year of college he was a running back

spk_0 we spent enough time in the office dancers let's get out to Titans Cardinals from one great team to

spk_0 another Tennessee Titans get their first win of the season leaving the New York Jets as your

spk_0 lone winless team actually because that's also the Saints won their first game of the season 22 to 21

spk_0 over the Arizona Cardinals Cardinals lose as eight and a half point favorites two eight and a

spk_0 half point favorites went down at the Buffalo Bills losing on Sunday night football the overhits

spk_0 there are 41 and a half my number it's two minutes and 12 seconds that was the time left when

spk_0 Arizona ran the ball on a third and eight when they were up by two in their own territory with the

spk_0 Titans having one time out left they ran the ball on a third and eight up by two in their own

spk_0 territory with the Titans having one time out left with two minutes 12 seconds left let me repeat

spk_0 that that is one of the craziest things I when they ran that play I'm just like they're losing

spk_0 this game that is surrendering that's just not I don't know what was going on there if you have a guy

spk_0 you are paying 50 plus million dollars to named Kyler Murray and you're not letting him throw in that

spk_0 situation I don't know what the hell I don't know why you're paying him that much money and I don't

spk_0 know what the hell that decision was by Jonathan Ganon but that was an all-time just

spk_0 throw the game away that it not saying that they convert if they throw but you got to at least try

spk_0 you got to at least do something because two minutes 12 seconds think about this if you throw pass

spk_0 five seconds six seconds come off the clock next play as a punt you're not giving them an extra time

spk_0 out the two-minute warning hits after the punt run versus pass there is almost indifferent it's

spk_0 a difference of like seven seconds in terms of how much time comes off the clock that was patently

spk_0 absurd in my eyes that they did that and well they lose the game because of it so remember what

spk_0 I said leading up to the season the Cardinals only play 15 minutes of good football

spk_0 did could not be more that was the escape you never know when those 15 minutes are but they only

spk_0 play 15 minutes of good football first quarter they go up basically 21 to six well I'll the second

spk_0 their second drive to second quarter they go up 21 to three since going up 21 to three they go

spk_0 punt punt punt halftime fumble coming at the first drive out of halftime fumble punt fumble again

spk_0 punt punt and they lose the game I as someone who was incredibly high on the Cardinals going into

spk_0 this year I'm ready to be done with this team you you cannot lose this game to this team the way

spk_0 that you did and be considered a serious contender for the playoffs I don't know what's going on

spk_0 with their offense I don't know if it's a chialar thing I don't know if it's a droop edzing thing

spk_0 I don't know if it's fed the offensive line is played poorly but everybody like this is a clear

spk_0 a clean house type of loss you were up 21 to three and and my dear mary b mucado is going to get

spk_0 it bashed for dropping the ball before he got to the end zone and yes that would have made it 28 to six

spk_0 but even if it made it 28 to six we saw the panthers come back and almost beat them the same thing

spk_0 and it's just this team they can't run the ball first of all I know they in that tre Benson

spk_0 and they and that James Conner they still can't run the ball effectively they didn't really use chialar

spk_0 on the ground I actually thought Marvin Harrison Jr played really well but it just felt like they

spk_0 kind of turtled in the second half expecting the Titans just rolled over and die and that's not

spk_0 what good football teams do good football teams make the Titans look like how the Titans have

spk_0 looked for the past three games the Texans just shut out the Titans so I'm just done with this team

spk_0 and how volatile their offense is they did have three of the stupidest fumbles I think I've ever seen

spk_0 in a game they were chalamry getting hit in the face mask when he didn't think the snap was coming

spk_0 when they're in Titans territories third and twelve they probably would kick to feel goal even if

spk_0 they probably actually touched down like I was close like it was close enough that

spk_0 Carmichael he probably shouldn't get a touchdown like you can't be that dumb after watching

spk_0 Ed and I Mitchell do what he did last week and do it and basically what would have been a game

spk_0 ending touchdown there you just can't do it that fumble and then daydreamer on Taylor

spk_0 Demerson kick us off cam work rolls over bounces the ball on against the ground pops out

spk_0 three people like bat it around like three cardinals into the into the end zone we're Tyler

spk_0 Lockett recovered it so like any of those plays don't happen the Cardinals win this game any of the

spk_0 three like I said dumbest fumbles you have ever seen don't happen the Cardinals win this game

spk_0 and probably if they go for it on that third name and actually pass instead of run the

spk_0 Cardinals probably still win this game because their defense isn't completely demoralized and they

spk_0 don't get cam ward hitting him over the top to Calvin Ridley which was an awesome throw and

spk_0 cam ward deserve that win he played probably his best game what he was doing down the stretch is

spk_0 like keys your guy just given people who will finish plays because he has so many plays still left

spk_0 on the football field their receivers are just the trotious the worst season core in the NFL it

spk_0 has to get better their intensity will get better their intensity but cam ward look like a guy but

spk_0 this one's more about the Arizona Cardinals just you can't lose this game and deserve any respect

spk_0 in the N.F.C. West you are the worst team in the N.F.C. West right now by a good margin it seems like

spk_0 at least with how the rest of the division is playing they shouldn't be but you all but you

spk_0 got to talk about them like that because shoot they just lost the Titans at home and they lost the

spk_0 Titans at home while also beating themselves again like the Titans beat them but you you also had

spk_0 like you said the three dumbest fumbles I've ever seen you the coaching and the offense just

spk_0 still feels so disjointed that it kind of ruins a another really good defensive performance I think

spk_0 the defense still played their guts out like date you get Will Johnson back and he played better

spk_0 and they helped like slow down that offense but you can't have them out on the field all the time so

spk_0 it's just at this point like I said as someone who was very high on this team who was saying Jonathan

spk_0 Gantle would win coach the year preseason I'm ready to be done with this team because you can't

spk_0 lose to the Titans and not only are you the worst team in the N.F.C. West you're not a serious

spk_0 playoff contender losing to the Titans the way that they did. Kyle Emery's cap hit next year 53.2

spk_0 million dollars if they trade him they get 35 million dollars of cap relief could very well be an

spk_0 option for them given how this is going in Arizona and if it really does turn out to be a worst case

spk_0 scenario because do you plan out they haven't they made a playoffs in four years.

spk_0 um it's time to put up a shut up there in Arizona. Let's get to Washington at

spk_0 Los Angeles Chargers they roll in J. Daniel's first game back in that ankle injury 27 to 10

spk_0 they cover as two and a half point dogs and then some the under hits there was 48 and a half.

spk_0 What's your number from this one? My number from this game is 150 total yards by Bill Kroski Merit

spk_0 and this game I'm going to talk about the Chargers in a little bit but I really want to talk about

spk_0 what the commanders did offensively because it felt like this was the commander's offense that we

spk_0 have been expecting to see from the beginning of the season it felt like we were missing sort of the

spk_0 run game was lacking you had J. Daniel's going out with injury you had Terry McLore not play he

spk_0 still didn't play in this game but Terry McLore and kind of being MIA but this felt like the true

spk_0 Washington commanders offense that we saw last year I Jane Daniel's played incredible in this game

spk_0 I think some of the numbers won't really show it but the fact that he scrambled four times for 50 yards

spk_0 I believe he yeah he scrambled four times for 50 yards and that is the most that he's had the

spk_0 season since week one actually he had 37 yards on scramble and that is such a big part of

spk_0 their offense him scrambling and you could tell that the Chargers were really worried about it

spk_0 with the way that they played defense the way they covered Daniel's I thought the run game was

spk_0 working really well especially in the way that Cliff manipulated the Chargers via alignment it wasn't

spk_0 like they're just lining up and kicking the Chargers butts you really don't do that but it was

spk_0 through formation and through getting guys out of the box spinning guys into the box and making

spk_0 sure you won with numbers instead of just trying to overwhelm them with sheer strength and then

spk_0 I thought Daniel's made a couple of really nice throws that really stood out the throw to Luke

spk_0 McCaffrey to tie the game up before half time was incredible and then they're just a couple of

spk_0 nice overrounds so he's just firing in there and getting first downs on and I was really impressed

spk_0 with his ability to just keep the offense on track even when he sort of I still felt like there

spk_0 was some meat on the bone left for them offensively as a passing game but this was about what you

spk_0 wanted to see if your commanders trained want to see the offense take another step forward into what

spk_0 you saw from 2024 and no Terry McLearn in this game against a good Chargers defense and outside of

spk_0 just like I thought just knocking a little rust off to start the game down the stretch it was just

spk_0 Carpima I mean that last drive which was a 96 yard touchdown drive a 90 plus yard touchdown drive

spk_0 to really cap it off I mean they took Justin Herbert out after that was a big boy drive I mean it was

spk_0 like a guy a franchise quarterback saying hey I'm gonna go out and win this game and what Cliff did

spk_0 in the running game and this was just mastery and you have a guy like you have a difference make I

spk_0 think that's the thing is they finally leaned into jacquery cross numeric because he is far

spk_0 in a way they're most not only the most dynamic but I think he has the best vision of any of their

spk_0 running backs to I mean his ability to press set up blocks and then get out and create on his own

spk_0 you saw an enumerous occasions the the very first run in this game it's a counter play to the left

spk_0 side you got a guard pull pulling like through a hole and there's like really nothing there the guard

spk_0 kind of gets stood up against the left tackle and the left left tackle is kind of gets stood up

spk_0 and jacquery cross numeric just goes through both he has left shoulder touch in the guard that's

spk_0 pulling right shoulder touch in the tackle and he still gets through there for like an eight yard

spk_0 game that that's a guy who's willing to run between the tackles willing to grind out tough yards

spk_0 but then also has the juice once you get him out in the edge that he can make big plays so

spk_0 111 yards on 14 carries yeah he has the fun will this one but he was a big time difference

spk_0 maker in this one cross numeric also had six missed tackles forced for initial 50 yards after

spk_0 after contact which is the most the chargers have given up in both numbers this year and this game

spk_0 really defensively it just felt like a if it when it rains it pours I guess we can say whether

spk_0 chargers defense this was their worst tackling performance in a long time and the player really stood

spk_0 out I think it was on the touchdown drive to make it 20 to 10 it was third and 10 and jane danielus

spk_0 has to force it to a check down during the nickels and I believe one of the corners do you

spk_0 think it's a back I think it was I think it was just your tailor comes up tries to make the tackle

spk_0 on him he misses the tackle during my nickels gets 12 yards on third and 10 that's what sort of play

spk_0 where you like yeah it's just not your night it's just not it's just one of those games for the

spk_0 chargers they really miss Cleo Mack and pass rush and I think that's something that really stood

spk_0 out was jane danielus was not made uncomfortable by the chargers pass rush he really had all time

spk_0 the all time the world to throw I believe at one point in the game the chargers had nine

spk_0 pressures but five of them came from two week to week below two so they weren't getting enough

spk_0 from everybody else on the field and this was one of those games where I think I said on social

spk_0 media this was a burn to take kind of kind of game like you know what it's a rufflin got a

spk_0 lesson got to move on because it was an uncharacteristically bad game for a chargers team that

spk_0 pride itself on physicality and making tackles and the chargers on the flip side offensively

spk_0 herber just has to be so perfect pre snap for them to move the ball right now with the state of

spk_0 that off the line that gets the pressure is going to come it's going to be fast you can get to

spk_0 your first read and you better have guessed right about what the defense is going to give you

spk_0 because if you're trying to get from one to two to three two and three are going to come with

spk_0 either herber down his back or someone in herber's face and that's just what you saw in this game

spk_0 is that you know the times where he turned down what was an open first read there were probably

spk_0 you know three or four that I saw I'm like yeah herber probably should have let that rip but then

spk_0 what happened was once he tried to come to it or tried to go to his second read there just was

spk_0 no opportunity there unfortunately this offensive line if you don't have jawalt and there is just

spk_0 going to be a big big problem the Washington commanders they according to next gen stats had a

spk_0 2.25 second time depression against the chargers offense that is the ninth highest this season as

spk_0 the highest the commanders have had at all this season there's a stretch of plays that are really

spk_0 thinking capsulates this game and its trade pippkins is out for the first play first play Justin

spk_0 Herbert gets set loses nine yards trade pippkins pippkins comes in the game now it's second and 19

spk_0 Justin Herbert throws an absolute missile to Quentin Johnson to move the chain so second and

spk_0 19 black on the play holding on trade pippkins so now we're in second and 29 and I think the

spk_0 commanders are in cover two Justin Herbert drops back whole shot to Quentin Johnson for 33 yards

spk_0 black on the play illegal formation by trade pippkins so now you're in second and 33 and you're

spk_0 just wiped off two incredible Justin Herbert plays I thought Justin Herbert actually given everything

spk_0 that was going on was pretty good I mean there are a couple plays that got wiped out because of

spk_0 penalty and then they were just dropping passes the the fourth down play in a conchland hits him in the head

spk_0 and goes that one though I feel like Herbert Herbert just like I don't know too many guys who

spk_0 are catching that one Herbert kind of I think he would say himself he wants that back because that

spk_0 thing was in 95 mile per hour fastball from like literally Grange it came out hot and I think

spk_0 that was part of it was he was moving too fast because of the pressure but that's what happens when

spk_0 you're always getting hit when you're always getting like when you're always on the ground you were

spk_0 always getting sacked you move hot you play like every throw is a hot route and that's unfortunately

spk_0 what happened and then another play that sort of encapsulates like this is just not your night for

spk_0 the chargers the punt return that got called back by lad mcconkey was so cool he tipped those

spk_0 the sideline he like spin jumps over one defender hurdles the punter into the end zone it gets called

spk_0 back for roughing the punter and then the next play jane daniel's hits that loop McCaffrey play for

spk_0 50 yards and I was just that's that's the play that's won the game because you get that going into

spk_0 the hat in half time you feel a lot better you go up what I think you go up like 17 uh 17 to

spk_0 seven but instead you're going into halftime tide 10 10 and this game is completely different so

spk_0 it's just one of those unfortunate games but it really is tough for the chargers you try and get

spk_0 anything going offensively because you can't do any dropback you can't you can't drop back at all

spk_0 because guys are going to be in Justin Herbert's face immediately and now with amari and hampton

spk_0 who I believe the athletics dayo popper said was in a walking boot after the game again this

spk_0 just feels like a chargers can in event this feels like your average chargers season where everybody's

spk_0 gone by week six it really does that that pun was uh it sucks that part of turrets called like that

spk_0 really probably was the game change playing this game because it flips the whole like 17 to seven

spk_0 going into halftime would have felt much different instead you give basically commanders a score

spk_0 and it was such a sick play from what I'm going to how to hurtle the punner at the end to to not

spk_0 only get rough and then get hurtled I can't think of a more like embarrassing play for a punter

spk_0 you got double whammy that's like uh that's like jacetary getting ball stolen from the don't

spk_0 throw them by lebron in the playoffs like that it's one of those type of games uh unfortunate but

spk_0 yeah this does feel like it feels like your average chargers season that had high expectations they've

spk_0 just never come to fruition unfortunately for them minnesota vikings at cleveland browns the

spk_0 london game vikings win on a last minute scoring drive 21 to 17 jordan attis and touchdown doesn't

spk_0 get hot from behind this time they cover three and a half point favorites the overhits there

spk_0 35 and a half what's your number from this game my number was 123 receiving yards for jess and

spk_0 jeferson who was incredible in this game just bailing out karson wints left him right there were two

spk_0 third down conversions i think rose to doubt one with like on a blaze out where karson wints throw

spk_0 this pass like he's throwing it to jesus christ this ball is so high up in the air and behind jess

spk_0 and jeferson anyway and he goes up and gets the ball first down then the next one i think you can

spk_0 kind of give karson wints a little bit of credit because he's trying to save jess and jeferson from

spk_0 getting hit but it's down the middle he throws him high and behind and jess and jeferson goes up and

spk_0 gets it first down especially in a clutch moment in the game you can tell kevin o'Connell really

spk_0 wanted to get him involved against a team might the uh browns who play so much man coverage that you

spk_0 just want to try and get the ball into your difference makers hands um karson wints was this felt like

spk_0 a karson wint experience like he's gonna run around and do a lot of stuff that his body really just

spk_0 can't do he's gonna get hurt which he did in this game because he got crushed and then he's just

spk_0 gonna make some he's gonna make some tough throws at yin the touchdown to add it's in the win the

spk_0 game was really nice but honestly the biggest thing that stood out and i want to ask you was

spk_0 the browns rookies look good yes dude i i i said i was probably dealing Gabriel's biggest fan in

spk_0 the pre-draft process i had a misqb3 um i said this guy can start in the NFL he may never be great in

spk_0 the NFL i don't think he has that level of tools but this guy can play games here you might not look

spk_0 impressive but he has some skills that translate the biggest one i think for a shorter guy he had

spk_0 actually really good pocket presence at or it didn't take a lot of sacks i thought he didn't make

spk_0 a lot of bone headed plays under pressure and one of his best traits i think you saw in this game

spk_0 is that he has mastered the throw away not quite throw away like the the don't get intentional

spk_0 in grounding call throw away where he knows nothing's there pocket's collapsing i'm just kind of

spk_0 kind of airmail a corner around i'm just going to kind of throw it at the feet of her running back

spk_0 i thought he had a lot of plays some of his best plays in this game we're just not taking big sacks

spk_0 when he had free runners and not taking big sacks when like the past protection was a disaster

spk_0 i think he's i mean compared to what Joe Flacco was doing for this browns offense and given the

spk_0 level of competition that it was this fighting's defense overseas and all at the throw at you

spk_0 i thought it was pretty impressive and then quenchon jugkins at running back man he looks like

spk_0 he looks like a true bell cow um guy i looks he looks faster than he did in college i think

spk_0 it's the best thing like he looks like he got tuned up a little bit over the course of whatever

spk_0 the offseason because he had a next year gear in this game 110 yards on 23 gears and he had a

spk_0 big one called back to for a holding penalty i mean it wasn't pretty obvious hold but he could have

spk_0 over 150 if that doesn't get flagged yeah and like the quenchon jugkins just ran with so much

spk_0 uff like he ran with juice and i think that matters so much for a browns team that wants to

spk_0 be physical they want to play in 12 personnel i've got hero fan in junior had a nice day

spk_0 david and joku was making some sick plays like you got everything that you wanted from your core guys

spk_0 i think defensively carcass swessinger was really good you got some nice plays from mason gram

spk_0 dilland gabriel played fine i think to me he this play this game really kind of solidify like oh he

spk_0 can be a nfl player like he can always be the uh i guess and again i'm not saying this to say like

spk_0 how good dilland gabriel is versus this guy but it's the case kingdom he's always going to be

spk_0 around like if you need a guy to start a game and your starter is just not doing it you can always

spk_0 count on dilland gabriel he always knew where the ball needed to go and he actually made it he made a

spk_0 nice throw i think the jerry judy drop was a nice throw they leads away well not leads he puts the

spk_0 ball low and away to try and protect jerry judy from getting hit um there was a corner out to david

spk_0 and joku to set up a touchdown that was really nice he did some nice things but the biggest thing

spk_0 he did was he didn't look overwhelmed he looked like he knew where to go with the ball and that

spk_0 means so much for a browns offense that's all they're asking is just know where you're going with

spk_0 the ball and don't panic it didn't panic a lot against the viking's defense that threw a lot at him

spk_0 now i the viking's defense there's a lot of stuff that i can say about them and i know they did

spk_0 win the game yes their run defense is bad yeah this is a bad run defense and i think that's

spk_0 what's going to hold them back even outside of whatever happens when j jamercarthy gets back

spk_0 they made the game they made the gamble of trading way their best run defender to get jaylen

spk_0 redman javon hargrave john allen all more reps up front but the issue is javon hargrave is

spk_0 up your count down guys who are low older and then jaylen redman who isn't exactly a run defender

spk_0 up front and here's getting pushed around that's that's an understatement i mean yes there is no

spk_0 concept of gap integrity no you watch hot field javon hargrave is getting up field john allen even at

spk_0 this age is getting up field you're counting on upfield penetration but you're just getting gash

spk_0 in gap scheme the browns are running it down the viking's throats and honestly probably should have

spk_0 won that game through just running the football and sure you might say yeah blade cashman coming back

spk_0 might help those things because he is there he is there ace in the middle of the field he is

spk_0 there middle line back with a cap of defense but if you're counting on blade cashman to turn

spk_0 your run defense that is one of the worst to league right now to what it was last year at one of

spk_0 the best that's asking a lot of one guy coming back that's asking a lot of andru van ginkle who plays

spk_0 on the edge you know you're asking a lot of these guys but i just i have a lot of questions about

spk_0 their run defense especially in a division where you are going to be playing the packers you're

spk_0 going to be playing the lions you're going to be playing even if you expand to the nfc you're

spk_0 going to be playing a lot of teams that want to be physical and run the ball at you even if you want

spk_0 if you think you're going to make the playoffs so that's going to be the one thing that i'm really

spk_0 concerned holds this team back yeah after last week giving up nearly a hundred to kennengain well

spk_0 and then over a hundred to quench on jugkins they look like they're not right i mean i'm not sure

spk_0 they have right now the horses they just like you said they do not have the guys and it's

spk_0 very much makes you wonder why they gave away basically here's some philips it wasn't

spk_0 didn't get a lot in return it's like a day three yeah look for that six round big so

spk_0 interesting move that well they got to be they got to be just thinking they're lucky stars that

spk_0 they're three and two right now because this thing could have gone with all their injuries there

spk_0 was a point i mean the end of the game there's there five across offensive line was just in school

spk_0 joe huber jake brendel will fries water rouse that there's no team in an NFL that needs a biweek

spk_0 more than the Vikings dude koc hats off to him for calling a game when he drive with that up front

spk_0 because against that browns defensive line very very difficult to get to do and do you know

spk_0 do you know their schedule after the biweek which is why they need so much they have philadelphia

spk_0 they go to los angeles on thursday then they have a role game against the toy then baltimore

spk_0 then chicago green bay siano washington dallas de york the troipe green bay there is no team that's

spk_0 needed a biweek like the Vikings to just get their guys back healthy because this is a brutal

spk_0 stretch for a team that really cannot defend the run well let's hope they do because i don't want to

spk_0 watch jesson school play anymore football i'm just gonna keep it real all right let's take a break

spk_0 after that we're gonna get to cowboys jets texans ravens giant saints and the rest of slate

spk_0 ready for this cowboys roll the new york jets is two and a half point favorites they win thirty

spk_0 seven twenty two in new york forty seven and a half points that overhits there my number from

spk_0 this game twenty seven and that's the fewest points the jets have allowed in the game this season in

spk_0 five games that's the fewest their half time scores the past four weeks

spk_0 twenty three to three in this one ten to three the week before twenty to six and twenty to three

spk_0 they're just flat out getting their ass kicked that they are the only defeated team in the NFL

spk_0 the only winless team in the NFL and unfortunately it's this defense that for three straight years

spk_0 Robert Salah had his top five defense in the NFL in terms of points for drive that was head talent

spk_0 a lot of the same guys there now some guys aren't they've obviously had some ships off the block

spk_0 that was that but not that many chips i mean you still had in this one sauce gardener was going one

spk_0 on one against George pickens pretty much the entire game he won that matchup outside of the one

spk_0 deep ball touchdown that George pickens got but like for the majority of this game he took away

spk_0 the cowboys number one wide receiver and you retlet Ryan Floreny go for over a hundred against you like

spk_0 how are you so how are you just so poorly put together that you can have your number one take

spk_0 away their number one and still get your ass kicked when Dak doesn't even have like great game

spk_0 that missed like a handful of throws in this game that you know he missed like a scene ball touchdown

spk_0 he missed like some throws there was not a great game and he gave up thirty seven still i just they

spk_0 have big time problems on this jet's defense i wonder when Aaron Glenn takes back play calling

spk_0 duties because Steve Wilkes again Steve Wilkes is the play caller for this defense he is

spk_0 the physical coordinator Aaron Glenn wanted to take on more of a managerial role but with the

spk_0 defense looking the way it is i wonder if he takes the reins because this is getting people are

spk_0 already wondering if this is a one and done thing and i think that Aaron Glenn came in and i think

spk_0 the jets came in knowing that this was going to take a long time to rebuild this was a got a

spk_0 weighted out and see it continue to build a year over here but you can't be terrible on your side

spk_0 the ball you can't be awful and that's what the jets are they cannot get past rush which is

spk_0 insane considering the amount of talent that's still on that defense of line i mean their past

spk_0 coverage they i don't think they have a takeaway at all this season sauce cardener is great but

spk_0 Brandon Stevens i think Michael i think Michael Carter seconds still there and they're

spk_0 Cisco like no there's no other impact players in that secondary and that's why you have me

spk_0 able to get pressure because the ball's out so quickly because somebody's open so i wonder if

spk_0 Aaron Glenn takes play calling duties back because this is this is getting rough and it's not helping

spk_0 that this was genuinely a really bad offensive line game for the jets past for a past pro

spk_0 just a field of pressure on 51% of his drop x against the Dallas Cowboys the only the Dallas

spk_0 Cowboys past rush was getting after the just jets and just a field so it's it's looking rough

spk_0 right now in the york on both sides of the ball yeah there's just just not a lot of reason to be

spk_0 enthused there's not like a bounce here or you know like oh we have some guys you know yeah our

spk_0 mind but looks good your first rounder but there's really not a lot to write home about this

spk_0 season it just looks like a kind of wasted season unfortunately and i do worry about Aaron

spk_0 Glenn being a one and done because you said it's it's yours tie the ball your side of the ball

spk_0 is a problem not only it's it might be the worst side of the ball in the entire NFL right now i

spk_0 mean you just faced maybe the team that had the worst side of the ball in the Dallas Cowboys defense

spk_0 and they didn't look that bad they didn't look as bad as you did i don't know it's just it's not going

spk_0 well let's go the flip side though in the Dallas Cowboys because i want to talk a little about

spk_0 Chimante Williams he looks awesome this season the guy is so clawing goes for over 100 it

spk_0 it reminds me of like david Montgomery i remember david Montgomery in Chicago it's kind of like

spk_0 you know he was a highly drafted guy he was we've a third rounder was a starter there but like his

spk_0 last year in Chicago wasn't good i think yet 800 yards and was their starter and maybe

spk_0 like 3.9 or four yards for care he and you're like okay he's kind of just scrape him off the bottom

spk_0 of the barrel he can be a backup running back for you all of a sudden it's like doing david

spk_0 Montgomery's in the game for the Detroit Lions and it's third and one he's converting that shit so

spk_0 that's how it looks like with Chimante Williams which is like that guy that was really struggling

spk_0 last year in Denver he's gone the guy that we thought we were gonna see coming out of North Carolina

spk_0 that was this bell cow power runner he's back that's awesome I love Chimante Williams's running

spk_0 style because it's self-fitting for what the cowboys need Chimante Williams isn't going to hit

spk_0 home runs like he is not a big game hunter as a running back but what he's improved that is his

spk_0 vision and his patience which helps which helps him be a singles and doubles hitter he'll occasionally

spk_0 hit you a triple like he I don't know what the best baseball comparison is but he hit you a lot

spk_0 of singles and doubles he's gonna get on base he'll occasionally get you a triple maybe he'll hit

spk_0 maybe he'll get one just over or maybe he'll hit the foul the foul foul ball pole maybe he'll

spk_0 maybe that'll be his home runs but he's constantly going to get you on base and I think that's

spk_0 some true yeah like he's always going to get you on base and I think that's something that the

spk_0 cowboys really need in their run game and it's just cool seeing how he's improved within this

spk_0 offense and how his game has matured since being in the NFL. 5.7 yards for Gary he's on pace for

spk_0 over 1500 yards this season rushing and five touchdowns in five games guys been balling so shout out

spk_0 Chimante Williams because I was also very high and I'm coming on North Carolina so shout out to

spk_0 Chimante Williams because he's making me look like I'm not a dumbass. All right use some Texans at

spk_0 Baltimore Ravens. Texans win rolling 44 points they put up they cover as one and a half point

spk_0 favorites Baltimore down horrendously obviously the overhits in this one with these Texans themselves

spk_0 what is your number JP? My number is 161.1 million because that is how much per year all of the

spk_0 Ravens top inactive's make that is the Mar Jackson that is Kyle Hamilton Marlin Humphrey Nondy

spk_0 Metabike, Rogue Corn Smith and Ronnie Stanley all did not play in this game and you could probably

spk_0 tell like it I don't know how much you can really glean from this performance if you're the Texans like

spk_0 you got the young guys involved the defense did its thing I don't know I don't know what much else

spk_0 you can really get from this when you're playing the practice squad version of the Ravens but from

spk_0 a Baltimore perspective this team quit like this team was done like when the first quarter ended it

spk_0 looked like a team that did not want to be out there Cooper Rush very clearly not Lamar Jackson

spk_0 three turnovers and they were awful turnovers too like it was just a man why are you out here

spk_0 I know I said the Vikings or in need of a buy the Ravens are really really in need of a buy

spk_0 week and it's just the noise around John Harboss job has gotten a little bit louder this season and

spk_0 it's just someone asked me like do I think John Harboss should be fired and I'm genuinely just like

spk_0 I don't know like he's done so much for the Ravens he is always going to get them in a position to

spk_0 make the playoffs but this year it just feels like some of his game management decisions have been

spk_0 a little bit out of whack the defense has not come around even when they're all healthy and this team

spk_0 today just looked like they didn't want to be out there so like I don't know how much we can get

spk_0 from this performance from the Texans perspective but the Ravens right now look like they are ready to

spk_0 pack it in and sim to the end on the season yeah that 161 number that's 57.8% of the cap so

spk_0 over half their team and basically all the guys making the real money or actual impact players

spk_0 are gone here are some guys who took snaps meaningful snaps 38 snaps for Basil Acoye

spk_0 on the Baltimore Ravens defense 49 snaps for Keon Martin 70 snaps for Lubin Rubin Lowry the third

spk_0 don't feel bad if you haven't heard any of those guys none of them were actually drafted in the

spk_0 NFL. Basil Acoye actually didn't even go to college he was I believe he's an international athlete

spk_0 player. Yeah, an international athlete player so they were throwing out just not the Ravens defense

spk_0 that we saw they actually had to play J.R. Alexander this week that's how bad things got in Baltimore

spk_0 because should OBS was yeah it was also hurt. Yep so yeah I mean if you have any more takes feel free

spk_0 but I this was one game I didn't even go back and rewatch I didn't I'll watch it sometime this

spk_0 week but I didn't need to know what happened after seeing it on the TV copy. The live cut was brutal

spk_0 it really was just brutal and again there's not much to get from this from the Texas perspective

spk_0 CJ Stroud had his main touchdowns as he did in completions in this game it was good to get the

spk_0 offense back going especially with some of the play action stuff you got the young guys involved

spk_0 like I said Jayden Higgins had some nice catches you got Jaylen Noel involved Woody Marx

spk_0 and Woody Marx didn't have a great game but he showed some juice some oomph as a runner I think

spk_0 Nick Chubb had his best game as a runner since getting to the getting to the Texans but yeah you

spk_0 get Christian Kirk some big plays down field there was a nice corner post on a big play but yeah

spk_0 this is like if you're the Ravens you got one more week and you can just get to the buy

spk_0 unfortunately that game is against the Rams so you're going you're going into the buy at one and five

spk_0 and that puts you really really far behind not only into the vision but I do have to ask are the

spk_0 Steelers gonna win this division just by default I think so like they almost have to at this point

spk_0 the Ravens aren't going to even after they're by because they're going to be what uh one and five

spk_0 they're going to be one and five they're not going to rattle off they'd have to go at least

spk_0 eat into the rest of the year right yeah and after the buy you get Chicago Miami Minnesota Cleveland

spk_0 New York Cincinnati they honestly could go eat two now they're really good all you said that's

spk_0 nice to be like they they would have to to get the fish do like you're you're putting yourself

spk_0 way behind the eight ball yeah so it's it's just going to be tough but I mean the Steelers might

spk_0 win a division just based on the fact that they have not self-imploded yet which doesn't mean I'm

spk_0 completely ruling out the idea of Pittsburgh self-imploding because that could absolutely happen

spk_0 but yet like right now the Steelers are probably just going to win based on the fact that everybody is

spk_0 still like healthy who would have thought the one with the 41 year old quarterback like the

spk_0 oldest defense in the NFL is the healthy one Mike Tomlin Gensuit Sue Magic works again I don't know

spk_0 how he does it they might even make the playoffs and not even go 500 this might be the first year

spk_0 they don't go 500 but then still make the playoffs actually that could be that's a distinct

spk_0 possibility that would be a Mike Tomlin masterclass that would be a you this is like the pure

spk_0 uncut Tomlinisms oh man I do feel for Ravens fans this season got absolutely away from them I

spk_0 I honestly can't fathom the guys that are playing stats it's unbelievable how many interests at this

spk_0 point let's get to the Giants at Saints Saints win first win of the season in New Orleans 26 to 14

spk_0 the covers one and a half point favorites the under hits there was 41 and a half and my number

spk_0 it's five that was the turnover differential in this one Giants coughed it up three fumbles two picks

spk_0 for Jackson Dart only one was really one was on a fourth down he's just trying to make a play

spk_0 it was basically an arm punt the other one which actually ended up being the pick ended up being

spk_0 better than throwing an completion there because it would be like a 40-yard game in terms of

spk_0 field position and then the other one was a guy stopped on his route on like a slant I'm not going

spk_0 to really kill him for that I thought actually the first half of this game early on dart looked great

spk_0 it was a lot of like you know first 15 in rhythm good and then second half when you know

spk_0 objectively let's say the Giants receivers aren't good right now if you don't have any neighbors

spk_0 out there they're not great he just didn't have I thought you saw a stark difference between him

spk_0 and Spencer Ratler in terms of understanding NFL timing in that you just got to throw it sometimes

spk_0 it's not always going to look pretty it's not always going to have this clean window

spk_0 sometimes you just got to throw it and with Ratler you saw that consistently he just hits it

spk_0 I'm just going to throw it a lot of pass gap broken up you didn't complete everything but you didn't

spk_0 take big negative plays you didn't have the ugly fumble that Jackson dark did where he just literally

spk_0 lost the football don't know how that one happened but I thought you saw kind of two guys who are both

spk_0 young but on different points of their developmental curve where Ratler's kind of getting it he's

spk_0 at least getting what it needs to be to be an NFL quarterback whereas dart still is very

spk_0 rough around the edges I'm curious with the Saints if they if they're still on the path that they

spk_0 are which they are still one of the worst teams in the NFL probably going to be picking top five

spk_0 this year in the NFL draft even though Spencer Ratler has played solid he has been a solid player

spk_0 for them I wonder if they still draft a quarterback like do you do you still draft a quarterback if

spk_0 you're picking top five and Ratler's playing solid like is that is that on the board I'm not sure

spk_0 I'm I'm honestly not sure because he's played well the timing has looked good and when his all

spk_0 this cleats are in the ground it looks good but there are moments where just he falls apart he tries

spk_0 to do too much and you just remember there are games like the Seahawks game that can absolutely happen

spk_0 um from a Giants perspective like you said this lethala 2 has for Jackson Dart I thought the

spk_0 Seahawks ball for the second touchdown at the old Johnson was really good the old Johnson is

spk_0 having a really fun year I actually thought he was somebody that could potentially break out

spk_0 for the Giants it's sort of this vertical like field stretcher and seam stretcher for the Giants

spk_0 but then just stuff started falling apart after you know after the Saints took the lead a little bit

spk_0 more obvious passing situations and it felt like Dart just is playing too fast he's always sort of

spk_0 playing so amped up that it's like got you got you got to relax you got to relax a little bit um

spk_0 and you just you just got to focus I think sometimes like Jackson Dart tries to do too much

spk_0 and his eyes are too wide he had this problem at Ole Miss where like he's trying to do everything

spk_0 at once and it's just like just focus on doing the one thing right now and I think this was a game

spk_0 where you kind of saw like he was he wasn't doing the one thing but you know long season we'll see

spk_0 what happens uh did you see the Scataboo pancake on Carl Granderson yes that was awesome that was

spk_0 I love Can Scataboo he is one of my favorite uh CTE bringers in the NFL he's just gonna hit somebody

spk_0 really hard I thought that was awesome and then for him to get up and do one of the hardest flops

spk_0 I think I've ever seen he took that flop like it was a Rick Flair like ball like he was absolutely

spk_0 hitting the deck the European soccer players are taking notes from that flop because it was so

spk_0 over the top and impressive like it it was so over the top that he like slams his head into the

spk_0 turret like he went down he wave himself a concussion I don't think that's possible have you seen

spk_0 that guy's neck just no way that guy can actually get a concussion it's too thick up there um but uh

spk_0 after he fumbled I mean you kind of found out that the giant skies who you know played well last

spk_0 week it's like oh yeah they're still rook you know Jack starts still a rookie Scataboo fumbles in

spk_0 this one he's still a rookie but then the clip that they kept showing of him screaming on the bench

spk_0 I need new gloves I need new gloves every fumble so it's just like a perfect perfect camscataboo moment

spk_0 but the giants in this one they're just not gonna they're not gonna win a lot of games with this

spk_0 as it is right now they're just gonna look young and I don't think darts gonna do enough to save

spk_0 jobs they're unfortunately because the defense the defense line's so fun and they're gonna get

spk_0 pressure on everybody and they got pressure on Rattler in this one but they're just not talented enough

spk_0 outside of that their second level defenders and the back end is still just not good enough that

spk_0 they're gonna lose a lot of games this year and they're gonna be an interesting spot so for the

spk_0 Saints on the other side though I think they draft quarterback if you're on the top five now it

spk_0 obviously depends this is a long way to go in this quarterback class we'll talk about it at some

spk_0 point this season once enough teams are really in the draft mix we'll start getting into some draft

spk_0 prospects and some draft primer stuff but I think you might have at least I think you might have two

spk_0 at the top depending on who declares and if they're in a position to get one because some of the other

spk_0 teams that are gonna be up there whether it's the Titans they're not gonna be in the market whether

spk_0 it's the Bengals they're not gonna be in the market you might be able to snag one so I think if

spk_0 you are in that spot with you the Saints I bet they'd rock yeah I'm curious especially because

spk_0 Spencer Rattler's playing solid football but drafting the quarterback doesn't mean that

spk_0 Rattler will never play in the NFL again you know you have a guy that you can run your offense through

spk_0 so kudos to him for playing solid despite some of the circumstances in New Orleans it does

spk_0 mean no the Tyler Schucks never play came absolutely not and you you sunk a second round pick

spk_0 into a quarterback that graduated high school same year I did that pick for the set it was

spk_0 it was the same thing I remember so vividly when the Texans drafted Davis Mills I'm just like

spk_0 that's what why he's to pick I'm just like you just let that on fire like you what he's definitely

spk_0 not the guy you might be okay you might end up being a starter he's not the guy watch Chuck's tape you're

spk_0 just like do I be floored if he's the guy he's 26 like if he's the guy you'd see it by now so like

spk_0 I digress let's get to the Lions at Bengals let's get to these last two blowouts and let's get

spk_0 out of here Lions roll 3724 covers 10 and a half point favorites over hits their 48 and a half what's

spk_0 your number my number in this game was 69% success rate for Jared golf as a passer um this game

spk_0 was not as close as this final score was suggest the score was 28 to 3 in the fourth quarter like this

spk_0 this was not a close game and the biggest thing was the Bengals just don't got it they really just

spk_0 don't got it when when I say this when Jared golf was kept clean because the biggest thing in this

spk_0 game was Giovanni Manu was starting for Taylor Decker and Giovanni Manu knew he was starting for

spk_0 Taylor Decker by Tuesday Giovanni Manu is not ready for starting rep straight Hendrixson worked

spk_0 him in pass rush they had to devote more bodies to him but when Jared golf was kept clean he was

spk_0 shredding the the Bengals which is exactly what we expected from this game we expected for Jared

spk_0 golf to beaten overmatched secondary and overmatched second level just absolutely down like it it

spk_0 really was a matter of it was just a matter of time for the Lions the Lions are really good at

spk_0 beating up on bad teams so I think they did they did exactly what they were supposed to do Jake

spk_0 Browning is awful like we have seen enough of the Jake Browning experience he threw some really

spk_0 really bad interceptions though the one Kirby Joseph picked off was horrendous where he's

spk_0 trying to throw a go ball at T Higgins and his ball is like short and like five yards to the left

spk_0 catch a touchdown passes he need he needed two hands this time but he's always catch a touchdown

spk_0 passes so I think the Lions are well on on their way to being one of the best teams he NFL once again

spk_0 cover the under actually hits here crazy that it did 47 and a half was that under my number for

spk_0 this game Gino Smith nine interceptions through five games that's the most in the NFL the most since

spk_0 2019 when Baker had 11 and James had 10 and it's the 10th most all time to the first five games of

spk_0 the NFL season um it's not going well for Gino and now one was tipped not you know can't really blame

spk_0 for that but the pick six was like an unforgivably bad pass it could have been picked off by two different

spk_0 guys um he's not playing well and the culture just the house I remain so impressed by its cults

spk_0 offensive line and how they've jelled at center and right guard with border leading and gonsalvas

spk_0 they just had so much movement up front basically got whatever they wanted I did think it was a

spk_0 little interesting that the cults actually only outgained the Raiders by 21 yards they had they

spk_0 outscored them by more points than yards um obviously the pick six block punt and not kicking any

spk_0 field goals but just scoring touchdowns out a lot but they're just they're just efficient they're

spk_0 just a very efficient offense as they're currently put together and the thing with the cults is they

spk_0 know exactly who they are they're going to be built through the run game Jonathan Taylor is having

spk_0 an offensive player the year caliber season where he's just providing so much as an explosive

spk_0 threat in the run game he provides that ability to not only get the four five yard gains he's

spk_0 going to get the explosives as well and like you said they just protect the ball like they they

spk_0 have not turned the ball over a lot in the first five games of season the only time where they did

spk_0 was the Rams game where they just they overcame the bad Dale Jones game to only lose that game by

spk_0 touchdown so I think the cults aren't a good spot especially in the AFC where it just seems like

spk_0 everybody's fallen apart but yeah this Raiders team this is this is just awful like I as a geno

spk_0 Smith fan this is quite possibly the worst opening stretch of play you could have asked for

spk_0 like the like you said the first one probably would have been a touchdown if not for a tip pass

spk_0 the second one he's just forcing it and that's something geno Smith never really didn't quick game

spk_0 he'd ever force quick game but it feels like with geno the lack of arm strength well not lack of

spk_0 arm strength but the dip in arm strength that comes with being older has started to hit

spk_0 then you get you don't have brought bowers in this game you don't have Michael Mayer in this game

spk_0 so you were throwing two chubby mayors you're throwing two Dante Thornton Trey Tucker

spk_0 who are all specialists in their roles like they are all I hate to say is because it's going to

spk_0 sound like slander but it's a whole bunch of Dylan Brooks on the team and like a whole bunch of

spk_0 like Danny Green where like oh these guys are really cool when you compliment them with a superstar

spk_0 who will get them the ball in certain situations and they are really and Jacobi Mayer's

spk_0 Trey Tucker those guys are good when you have your ace your guy who can take attention away from them

spk_0 but when that guy doesn't play it shows why you need the ace in the first place so it's just

spk_0 it's unfortunate because brought bowers is the straw that really stirs the drink for them

spk_0 and you could tell he hasn't been healthy but this team is really far away from being competitive

spk_0 and geno Smith is a large part of why it was like watching it's like watching the calves the year after

spk_0 LeBron's decision right one who's just like they had this role player team of just like all guys who

spk_0 are just can only do one thing and all of a sudden they lose the guy who kind of held it all together

spk_0 it's like oh we're the worst team in the NBA that's what the raid Stephen Corp looks like Dante

spk_0 Thornton hasn't caught a ball since week three you know he's over four the last two weeks on targets

spk_0 like you're figuring out kind of that the way you built their Stephen Corp I said it could work

spk_0 week one I was like pleasantly surprised but it was so uniquely put together that

spk_0 sometimes you just want the pack of Stephen Corp where all four guys can do everything you know

spk_0 all four guys can just run the full route tree and then you just kind of send them out there wherever
