Now with that talent, he's the leader.

They want that everybody turns to when they look for leadership, especially when things are down.

And I understand there's a settling in period. But as a striker, you are judged on one thing and one thing only. That's good. If you cannot even get hit in the target, I'm not sure where you find any kind of understanding or alter that.
