And one of the things that why Sean Payton is one of the best

play collar is because of his experience and knowing the rhythm

At least when I was playing in New Orleans, you watched the previous touchdowns of all

I think one of the things that's most underrated about what makes a good play collar,

a good play collar is there's a guessing game.

It's like a pitcher versus a batter.

The batter has to guess what pitcher going to throw before he smacks it 415 feet.

The play collar has to guess what defense you're going to call before the play that they

design works perfectly.

And so we talk all about like, well, what what play did you call, which that's only half

the battle.

Did you call the right play against the right defense and, you know, obviously you're

calling two plays often with a kill, but you're not going to be able to call like,

OK, here's the perfect play for this defense.

And if that's not it, then just hand it off.

So I'm glad you brought that up because one of the things they said in the Toyota chat

yesterday is that whenever the Broncos kill a play, the second play doesn't go very well.
